If you catch me outside of my uniform - or my usual white and black attire - that means I won't talk to you unless I have no other choice. Not on the clock, not my problem.  

Can you remember the person you were, four years ago? It's hard, isn't it? Thinking back and imagining what you must have been like, back then. Perhaps you were a little more enthusiastic. A little less burned up, a little less frayed around thze edges. Sparkly eyed and bushy tailed, maybe? Who know? Jeno knows. He remembers. He remembers the kid he was at twenty one, with a head filled up with nothing other than sunset clouds, beach waves and convenience store kimbap in the middle of the night.

It would be easier, like that. That's what she said, one day. Easier and safer and she could just come over to see him. So why not roll with the punches, right? It didn't seem that bad. Easy money for something he was good at and enjoyed. It would be easier. It surely was, for her at least. To basically trip him into the abyss of a life void of any morals. But who needs morals, anyway? Morals are overrated, if the thing you really want is just out of arm's reach. So he's just rolling with the punches. Or that's what he's telling himself.

dogs, snow, white chocolate, basketball shorts, tofu, forced small talk outside of work

drawing, collecting fidgety toys for other pearls who might have an anxiety attack at work and need something to subtly clam them down, tailoring suits and altering his uniform if necessary.

his grandparents finding out what he actually does, drug addiction, losing 'her', abandonment, failing to make more out of himself than he is right now.

ask him again when he's figured it out himself and when he's not neck deep inside a very destructive, obsessive (secret) relationship with his ex-boss' wife.
