• grew up in an abusive household which he eventually ran away from and sold himself as a e a few years to get by
• in the past, he simply drifted through life with a lack of feeling towards anything or anyone; because he felt so helpless during this time, it's not a past that he's proud of nor likes to talk about
• his mental state is very fragile and hangs entirely on the well-being of the person he's obsessed with. he claims that it's love, but to an outsider, it's complete and utter blind devotion at best
• when he does meet someone who's kind enough to waver his heart, he grows so attached that he ends up stalking them through all sorts of means
• when he gets jealous, he spirals in his rage and lashes out in ways that ends up harming both him and the person he's in love with
• if it gets really bad, he isn't above abducting, drugging, or holding said person captive until he's satisfied with their answer. in worst cases, he'll threaten to kill the both of them together
• he feels all his emotions in extremes and never anything in between; small gestures from his love interest will make his heart explode while jealousy will bring him to commit just about anything to get rid of the perceived threat
• even though he may be a little insane, he does tend to be very affectionate and is always eager to please his special person like a loyal dog
