Like all of siblings, they were trained in either something merchant like, trades, spiritual, or combination. This was no different for Hajun - taking up tailoring and learning how to run the shrine from his Father. He is the eldest of the LItter hence He became the main one to look after the others.

HIs life was pretty easy, help his mother with orders, clean the shirne, do school for the babies, and improve his own skills.

That all changed when that thing was born - meaning when Irene's litter was born. She was the only surviving kit form her litter - soon became the favorite only because she had the 'gift'.

Natural ability with spirits.

Being cast aside with already six tails for someone who could barely walk to lead the shrine was stab in the heart. He watched sibling after sibling leave the shrine - leaving him to basically raise and teach the person he hated most.

HIs siblings and him would leave her out, drop her off and disappear - but that thing would always come back.

Evenutally it was just thier mother, Irene, himself left at the shrine - that is when the attack happened. Some bandits thought the shrine to be abandoned and tried to steal the treasues hidden away. They were surely wrong. He protected teh shrine, but sadly the only casualty was their mother to protect the idiot girl saving a tanuki from the bandits. This when Hajun also gain his final tails.

His sister had a bad habit of bringing home strays - usually it was simple baby animals or cute human kids to play with. But one time, she brought home something not human. Somehting evil - He tried to reason with her but stupid teenage love.

One night Another fight over this mysterious stranger - This time he had convinced her that Hajun wanted her gift and was going to kill her so she had to kill him first.

And she did. Plunged a spirit dagger into him and cast him straight down into hell.

That .

Hajun woke up in hellfire landscape, stuck in forever limbo and torment. He spent hundred - maybe even thousand of years stuck in this hell - transforming, adapting into something not demon. NOt Kitsune - but something in between.

Something out of nightmares to one day take out that and that guy.

until one Blood Moon - that lost her hold on the spirit dominion so he had the one chance to crawl up out of his own hell sneaking into Heleo.
