charm is one of the dragon guards that roam haven but not by choice; he was cursed. he isn't the most friendly person around. he was once a man that killed for fun, enjoying the way someone's lifeless body just dropped to the ground and for his sins, he was cursed to guard the holy isle. 

he isn't too fond of being made to sit and guard a place but it is of his own doing. he is not much different than he once was but keeps his bloodlust to himself, not killing anymore but he is still rather sadistic, taking pleasure from manipulating those around him.

the tattoo on the back of his neck is written in the ancient language of omitheas and says '2000 years', the length of time he is to remain on duty.

Appearance:
charm is a dragon hybrid. His dragon form resembles a volcano with black scales and lava like color glowing from between the scales.
In his human form, he is rather pale with dark black ombreing down from his forarm to his fingertips and from his calves over his feet, laced with lava like patterns. 
His skin holds several tattoos relating to dragons and the past of haven along with a dahlia on his side.
he has a silver hoop in the left side of his bottom lip, a tongue piercing and small studs in both eyebrows. his ears are covered in silver and jewels.
his piercings go down to his hips, belly button and four below the waist.
his nails are sharp and black; he also has fang like canines.
Along his sides, hips and down his thighs are faint scales that he doesn't like being touched, just like the horns atop his head.
