prologue : the inazuma family
Inazuma family is a Pureblood family from Japan, they are a proud Shunrai, one of the four houses in Mahoutokoro. They are also good in Quidditch which built the reputation of their family, as time goes by, the family of Inazuma became one of the well-known families in Japan.
One of the legends in their family was Eris Inazuma who was the first of their family to go to Hogwarts and sorted to Slytherin house, giving their name known to other wizarding families in Europe as Eris had shown her great grip on Defense Against Dark Arts and Charms class.
In her years, she built connections with other wizarding families and helped people with her strength as a witch. However, she has fallen victim in the dark wizards and witches during the war, she was honored by the families she saved after the fight. As well as the Inazuma family, built a memoriam in their ancestral home for Eris.
Never again the Inazuma family decided to take their children to Hogwarts until the current patriarch of Inazuma family moved his second chiild, Hanami to Hogwarts in her third year.
chapter 1 : hanami's life in mahoutokoro
Hanami's life isn't all flowery and fantasies, she was born as the second child of Haruto Inazuma. She is a little girl who usually gets in trouble all the time: she swims in their koi pond when she was 6 years old, ripping pages of her father's studies to make origamis at 8 years old and lastly she broke her father's muggle collection of lego at the age of 10. Hanami isn't a problem child either, she was just a clumsy and a trouble magnet but not a troublemaker.
She grew up being optimistic, boistering with energy and extremely curious about things she has never seen before. When she was sorted in Shunrai along with her older brother, she became more and more clumsier and gets in trouble with their own prefect for how adventure-driven Hanami is.
However, she ended up picking up a broom and starts to flee from Mahoutokoro because she doesn't want to fail her family due to her being too clumsy and always gets in trouble. When the professors of Mahoutokoro tries to chase Hanami with their brooms, they saw how she's fast and almost almost dodging on their spells.
They knew Hanami has potential to become a chaser. One professor convinced Hanami to come back and then she goes back to Mahoutokoro.
That professor told Hanami that she has potential and told her that she can ride a broom and be a daredevilish speed in the air, he signed her up in a quidditch match. But Hanami doesn't want to be a seeker, as her older brother is the right one to be, so she decided to be a chaser instead.
For two years in Mahoutokoro, Hanami played a role as a chaser while her older brother as a seeker. But it all went down in winter when her older brother disappeared, his belongings in his dorm were no longer there as if he doesn't exist nor he ever studied in Mahoutokoro.
That's when the Japanese Ministry of Magic confirmed that her brother was casted by one of the unforgivable curses: Emperio, by his only best friend and fled the school at the dead of night.
As the ministry kept an eye on their family, the patriarch made a proposal to them to send one or two of his children to Hogwarts as it is said that their whereabouts was the best friends once talked about venturing out to the western world.
The ministry approved to it and suggest to have investigators and guards with his children on their way to England, he suggest Hanami (who was almost completing her studies) and Kotaro (who was about to begin his first year in Mahoutokoro).
Hanami is the best choice as she was close to older brother back in Mahoutokoro and they usually hangout a lot. So she agreed and signed the papers to transfer her and her younger brother to Hogwarts in their next year.
chapter 2 : hanami's life in hogwarts
Once Hanami arrived in England, they bought all the necessities they needed and headed to Hogwarts Express and they made a few friends during the travels before they were brought to the Hogwarts itself. During the Sorting Hat ceremony, the hat remembered the first Inazuma who was sorted to Slytherin but due to the fact that Hanami is the opposite of her ancestor, she was sorted to Gryffindor.
During her third year in Hogwarts, living alone far from her family for the first time was a homesick feeling to Hanami since her family always visited Mahoutokoro for her and her brother, however, she made new friends in Hogwarts and they get along pretty well.
Because of Hanami's exceptional skill in flying, she was recruited to be Gryffindor's chaser. She always brought their house a win in some matches. Aside from her broom flying, Hanami also excels in Charms and was also pretty good at it despite of the Charms professor getting caught her sneaky sleeping during class.
As more clues popped up about her brother's whereabouts, Hanami was on the move and despite the private aurors persistence to let them handle the investigation, she wanted to know first what's going on and that led her to a point where she sees her brother fighting off Dementors in the Forbidden forest.
Hanami saw the dementors the first time and casted Expecto Patronum for the first time, a white tiger emerged and fights off the dementors. After the dementors flew away, she never saw her brother once again.
After what had happened, there's no news about her older brother as she went to her seventh year in Hogwarts. The aurors told Hanami and Kotaro that they will handle things from now on and give them updates about their brother's whereabouts.
She continued pursuing to be an auror until she graduated from Hogwarts. However, upon applying as an auror, she failed during the training as Nami, her long time companion, her guinea pig, passed away of old age and never retake auror training again.
chapter 3 : hanami's life after hogwarts
As she stopped pursuing her auror dream, Hanami instead decided to apply work in Spintwitches Sporting Needs, a Quidditch equipment shop in Hogsmeade. When she was going to apply for work, the previous owner is also looking for someone who could take his place as the owner.
Funny thing is, Hanami was just about to work when he gave the key of the shop and gave her manual to read about how to take care of the shop and left for retirement. Hanami's first day of work and her first day of being an owner is about to start from that day on.
As months go by, Hanami starts to feel proud of herself taking care of Quidditch equipments inside the store, as well as sorting out new broom releases to sell.
