Draft Bio:

Seungyoon was a respected Reaper in his community and was great for leading lost, hurt souls to their afterlife.

However, that all ended when he broke one of the main rules of a reaper: don't bring a person/animal back to life. Once he did that, he was punished and lost his high status as a skillful reaper. All of his memories were erased, he was unable to visit the afterlife. He was forced to be reborn with a new identity and made to believe he was a human. He still has some abilities but doesn't know he is a Grim Reaper. 

He can see spirits, talk with them, and try to comfort or help them out. At first, it took him a while to get used to seeing spirits, but eventually, he realized they just needed help and were lonely. He also can get visions upon touch if someone is close to death, usually the vision is of the person dying. Because he lost his ability and knowledge of being a reaper, he can't guide the souls to the afterlife. 

 

For the time being, until the higher-up beings think Seungyoon is ready to be a full grim reaper, he'll go through the experiences of a human and even 'die' and be reborn, forgetting his memories all over again.
