Thinking maybe the surgeon is the older brothers best friend and one weekend he ends up hooking up with the younger bottom. They are like we can't do this…so they stop but then this wedding comes up like a week or so later and they meet there again…of course the ual tension is still thick and they end up hooking up again and are like it lets see if we can make this work
