- You ask Rain to act OOC? No, you will be shot.
- I'm a slow roleplayer, you are encouraged to tell me when you reply, or if I'm taking too long.

Rain is a sociopath in the truest sense of the word.
He doesn't feel empathy and he doesn't care.
He had decent enough family; Decent parents, good friends, bad friends ... They had money too.
Compared to Godfrey and Leeteuk, Rain was small fry in that respect. but compared to anyone other than the small aristocratic group that inhabited this hell, Rain had nothing to be sniffed at. HIs family was wealthy and often the reason he got away with as much as he did. But Rain isn't interested in his past or his family. Asking about them will result in a polite smile of feigned interest...

His parents were often workin so didn't get to see him grow into the monster he is today. Not that they could have stopped him if they had ben more preseent, but they never got to see their only child dominate his classroom, not in the academic sense, as he often played truant or simply didn't answer questions, but in the sense that if he said something went, it went. He was never punished, even at a young age, manipulation was a key aspect of the man's personality and teachers were no exception, he could charm the most of them into willful submission
Manipulation and the fact they were terrified of him.
Rain's temper was and still is his most dangerous trait, The death of his father was met with a cold, uncaring response, but the threat of being disallowed to continue his nightly wanderings resulted in and explosive and violent argument.

What Jihoon wants more than anything is someone to up and over,train to be his little pet. He wants someone begging for his and his swift control, the man gets bored of breaking and retraining the reluctant. Someone that will turn up at his door at three in the morning, restless and deliciously wanton, tugging at his sleep and whimpering. He wants that, he wants to take them in and sate them with full control. There is no length he would not go, no amount of time money or effort he wouldn't pay to obtain it.
Never will he deny he's a royal up, never will he deny he's inhumane in his love of other's pain, but never will he ever pretend to give a about it either, a man without a heart, without morals, but with sense. He's not going to stop, not going to halt until his life comes to an end.
