Kenji is a Gang Lord. He has complete control over the Wu's. The Wu's are an underground group that moves and works where they cannot be seen. 

 

He sells drugs, and weapons. Basically anything you would need.

 

He is currently not allied with anyone, and doesn't necessarily plan on doing so. 

 

He has a son and a dead wife.
