a gamemaker at the hunger games. aegyo monster that, once released, theres no stopping him. minhwan grew up in the capitol not knowing about his family. he's an adopted child living in a wealthy family whom he does not care for. he has a younger brother, who is also adopted. minhwan knows nothing about his past, and why. he didn't know why he was help up for adoption, or why. he didn't care about anything, really, and just did what he was supposed to do. minhwan was quiet at home and in the capitol. he minded his own business and didn't talk to people often. he ran away from home to be a gamemaker. every year, since was able to comprehend words, he had yearned to be the people beyond the arenas that controlled what happened. not because he was cruel or violent, but because he wanted control and power. ever since he was young he was the tiny guy who was pushed around. he was actually short too, which didn't help him. he has a cold personality and only opens himself up to the people he trusts, which is nobody. if you break his wall, he will express himself more. but his wall his strong and sturdy, as well as thick and ignorant.
