having grown up in a large wolf pack, kyungsoo was sheltered. his pack consisted of mostly all females. being the only male of his generation, outside from his father, kyungsoo
was prized. but, when he was born with the rank of omega, he was immediately pegged as the family embarrassment. as an omega, he'd lost all opportunities he may have had to sire a stronger family line, and, in turn, take over the pack as leader when his father died. now, those dreams were shattered.
once kyungsoo came of age, he left. he refused to be a part of a pack that looked down on him for his rank. he had no control over how he was born, so he didn't understand why everyone was always angry with him. raised to be a hard worker, kyungsoo made a way for himself in the human world, working his way through college in less than three years. now, he works at a local elementary school as the kindergarten teacher, with his apartment only a few blocks away.
you could say that kyungsoo is happy. more or less. sometimes, though, his pillow can be found stained with salt in the morning after a tearful night's sleep. see, since he'd come of age, his heat had come with it. every month, like clockwork. the heat sent his poor body into a frenzy, and he was weakened. a few times, he wasn't able to reach the security of his apartment in time, and a rogue alpha had found him. against his will, kyungsoo was taken advantage of. he hated that side of himself. so now, each month, the week of his heat, he never left his apartment, and suffered in silence.
what he needs is the protection and stability of a pack. will he find one that will be willing to take him in?
