Background:

When she was little, Youkyung didn't know anything about what she was, her parents wanting to keep the fact that she was a witch a secret until she was old enough to understand, but as she got older she began feeling different and even began casting spells without even realizing what she was doing. It all came naturally to her and once her parents realized what was happening, her mother decided to take Youkyung somewhere secluded where she could teach her daughter how to control herself, also explaining to Youkyung what she was. At first she didn't quite understand what her mother was talking about when the woman told her that she was a witch, but after her mother explained that the reason why the strange things were happening to her was because of what she was, Youkyung began to finally understand everything. After that, her mother began to teach Youkyung spells and taught her how to make potions. This was all happening to her at the young age of 12 years old. After a few years passed and Youkyung became 15 she was finally able to master quite a few spells and her mother gave her, her wand and the families spell book that had been passed down to all of the witches in her family, telling Youkyung that the spell book was now hers and that she was to take very special care of it. The summer that Youkyung turned 16 something tragic happened when a man came into their house one day and killed both of her parents, though luckily for Youkyung she had been at school when it happened, but coming home to find her parents lying in their own blood was something that she never imagined she would ever have to witness in her life. After that she was sent to an orphanage where she grew up in until the age of 18, keeping the fact that she was a witch a secret from everyone. Over the few years that she spent living in the orphanage, Youkyung began to keep herself isolated from everyone else, being rebellious and even learned how to play the drums, the drums being the only thing that helped her relax and keep calm when she was upset. When she finally was able to leave the orphanage, Youkyung began playing in small bands as the drummer just to get a little money here and there to live off of, that is until she found 'The Blood Bar' and was hired as a permanent drummer where she got a better pay than when she played for bands that played live on the side of the streets or festivals.

Personality:

Even though Youkyung was rebellious during her teen years, she's grown up since then and now lives her life carelessly. Music is still the one thing that she loves and enjoys doing. As a witch, some may think that she's the type to cause trouble with spells, but she's very careful when it comes to making potions or using her wand. Just like how her mother had told her back when she was younger, Youkyung keeps her family's spell book locked away in a safe place where only she can find it and only uses it when she needs it. Up until this day she still doesn't know who killed her parents, only knowing that they were killed because her father was a warlock and her mother was a witch, but because of her parents' death she doesn't trust others and keeps herself distanced from those around her. Youkyung can sometimes be the sweetest witch ever, but mess with her the wrong way and she'll be casting a spell on you without any hesitation.
