Although he may look like a gentle man in his hyrbid form, he is anything but. He has a very bad temper and is quick to judge unless proven wrong, in which he'll usually turn flustered and irritated. Even though he's a normal type, he can actually use any move from any other type, and changes form depending on what plate you give him (ex.). In his hybrid form, he has two white ears on his head, that almost look like half of a crown (kind of like this. ex. without the actual crown.). Although he also has a tail, instead of it appearing in his hybrid form, the gold wheel around his torso appears as wings (ex.). For a being that was born before the universe (and by legend was told to have created it) he's not very good with human objects. Someone would have to teach him how they work, although he would never ask for any help because his pride is too high. He's seen, and also been through many things you will never even want to hear about, so maybe that's why he also exudes an air of mystery, since he doesn't talk much or reveal anything about himself. In a sense, he is both like a kid and a wise man but you can never really differentiate between the two. He can have fun like anyone else, and likes to sing (although he still won't tell you), as well as many other things. He may be all powerful, but that doesn't mean he can't break either. So you have to be careful with him, and give him the attention he needs. It gets lonely having to hide.

Considered to be one of the strongest pokemon in the universe, Arceus has the ability to change form at will, along with using the different plates which not only change his ability, but how his most powerful move Judgement works (it also has 100% accuracy). He is originally a normal type, but that doesn't mean he can't be taught other moves. Arceus has the ability to learn all different kinds of moves, including those that aren't normal (such as ghost, grass, fire, fairy, electric, etc.). With each plate he changes form, but first you have to find these plates, meaning you have some work to do if you want him to become stronger. Even if this pokemon doesn't have the best personality, he is loyal to those he likes.
