Hongo is not an easy boy to appease. He was once a poor boy that lost his family to a nuclear spill. As a result, he raised himself. The hard times seemed like they would never end. He didn't get the chance to go to any prestigious school because of his background and because he didn't have the funds, which left him jobless and homeless for a while. During that time though, he taught himself. Hongo knows androids like the back of his hand and makes his money by creating them and selling them. His skill has given him a nice living where he's no longer a scavenger in need. He's a cold kind of guy that is very smart. He doesn't take any type of BS and it makes him defensive at times. Something to remember is that he can be extremely childish. If you are on his good side, then there are no worries, but one false move and he has no issue fighting back. Being one of his friends can get even more complicated though, since he gets lost in his projects once one is started and has a tendency to forget everyone and everything else.
