They say growing up poor is tough, but growing up rich isn't all fine and dandy either. Jung Hoseok isn't your average rich kid, cause honestly, he would prefer to be poor than having the weight of extremely high expectations on his shoulders. His parents would only allow the best of the best, and not acheiving whatever goals they had would result in cruel and unusual punishment: whipping, cutting, or even just getting things thrown at him.
At school Hoseok was the jokester of the class, but always had a bit of mystery behind every joke. "Why are you so full of jokes, Hoseok?" His teacher would ask. His answer would always be "Because Miss, entertainment is better than depression." Most believed he was doing it for other's sakes, but nah, it was his own.
In his junior year of high school, expectations were over the roof. "Every grade on your report card must be 95% or higher or no college will accept you. Exams, too. Do you know how many other kids that don't have the money privilege are smarter than you? Hell, who am I kidding, even if I bribe them they'd never accept your ." Hoseok was beyond tired of hearing. Popular kid by day, worthless by night. As a result, Hoseok began to rebel in every way possible: acting like he was gay (although it became his preference after a while), filling his left arm with various tattoos, and of course, loosing his ity and also taking other's. After that his parents gave up completely. Senior year he moved out the house with his parents grumbling about how he could've been so much better, but he didn't care. He had just enough money to finish highschool and get into a college of arts, not law school. Because entertaining is better than depression.

Hoseok is kind when he wants to be, which is most of the time, actually. He doesn't enjoy seeing others in distress since he knows how bad it feels to be in that state. But, that doesn't mean he doesn't get angry. Usually, he takes out all anger in the bed... Or shower or where ever he feels like it. Hoseok tends to be a bit rough, and for some odd reason he enjoys slight blood play. Guess you could thank his parents. But sometimes, on good days, he'd rather settle for cuddling or regular 'gaze into your eyes with lust and love' type . But that's only really reserved for one/few special people. Wink wonk. Outside of the bedroom Hoseok tends to be a bit flirty, but don't take it personal, cause it happens to most. And trust me, you'll know if you've obtained the different kind of flirt in which he actually likes you. (hint: his flirty personality only goes so far as a hug, complimemt, or peck on the cheek. anything other than that when you aren't "doing the do" means he might want to be more than friends.) Honestly, The boy doesn't care much about your color, although he prefers asians a bit more.. But that's cause it's the asians that are smaller than him. Yes, he prefers an uke... Or another seke.
