A WORLD OF GLASS

To those who meet him, the male comes off as distant and cold. With observations straight and to the point, much like his sometimes scathing remarks most people label him as either a bitter cynic or a sociopath. The latter is the most likely diagnosis. And he has every right to be bitter. Lee Changsun was supposed to live a good life. He was supposed to follow in the footsteps of his family before him and become a good cop like he had planned his entire life. Looking at him today, one can't help but to wonder where the man went astray.

His life started normal, growing up with a brother who was a year older than him and remaining close through much of their childhood. His own childhood was uneventful, but there had always been something strange about his brother, as the Sibyl system never seemed to recognize when he was feeling stressed. This led to the male becoming depressed and angry to the point that he found himself committing crimes in a vain attempt to get the attention of Sibyl. Changsun was forced to keep his brother's secrets and as a result his own mental state began to deteriorate, and by the age of 17 he found himself attending sessions with a psychiatrist every week and talking about the things his brother was telling him. Little did he know that he was putting out a hit on his own brother.

A few months after he started to see his Psychiatrist, his brother disappeared. It was written off as him running away, but something about the entire situation felt...of to Changsun, and he soon found himself investigating into things on his own time, away from the prying eyes of his family.  Months later he took his exams and entered into the NSB as an inspector, which enabled him to have access to some of the resources that he needed in order to research his brother's disappearence. But his obsession clouded his hue and he found himself being labeled as a latent criminal and demoted to an enforcer who was forced to report to a pompous of an inspector who seemed to take great satisfaction in the detective's predicament.

But as he was raised to do, Changsun adapted to his new situation. Becoming the hunting dog that was expected of him, he found himself becoming colder and less empathetic by the day as his crime coefficient grew higher and higher. For now he is dedicated to his job, but the search for his brother has not been forgotten as he searches for clues as to what happened to him.
