[background]: Minha was born to two skilled inspectors which influenced her own goals in life and her parents did not stop her, instead, encouraged her. From youth, Minha herself aimed to be an inspector, following the path her parents carefully paved for her. they were a rich and content family, and Minha received only the best for living. She was spoiled, that much was true, but she was supported and she was loved. Expectations were set particularly high for her despite her young age but they were shattered when she reached the age of twelve.

At twelve, she was left under her auntie's care during the night as her parents engaged in a dangerous mission. It was about three and a half hours when her auntie received a call as Minha slept. Furthermore, when Minha woke up, she did not wake up to her parents' smiling faces but to her aunt's grim and distraught one. In her own grief but mistakenly so, Minha's auntie told her of the news. Old enough to understand but young enough to be unable to cope, her aunt watched the color drain from Minha's face and from there, her hue clouded and coefficient dropped as the need to avenge her parents grew.

She was officially labeled a latent criminal four months later, but due o her parents' influence on her, it was discovered she held the potential of becoming an Enforcer. At her coming of age, she was recruited by the MWPSB a year ago.

[PERSONALITY]: Minha grew up a spoiled child, so it's normal she'd grow up a brat. However, in contrary to the expectations of the effects of her parents' deaths, the brattiness in her was only enhanced. Upon her arrival to the MWPSB as an Enforcer as well as her exposure to masses of new people, Minha began to seek the parental love she had missed out in as a teenager. She retains certain traits expected of only a child, such as an undeniable love for candy, junk food, and video games, and on a more negative note, attachment, clinginess, and immaturity. This immaturity causes her to be unfit when handling personal matters and relationships. However, she is also guiltless and innocently selfless when it comes to the people whom she treasures. Due to the influence her parents have on her and the respect she has for them and their accomplishments, she takes her job seriously and is proving to be a lethal force as her parents were, remaining fearless and level-headed and preferring to do her job silently and quickly. Her lack of experience still shows, but she's getting the hang of things quickly and is very efficient with her training. The vengefulness she attained from the deaths of her parents' still remains today, but it is currently an underlying aspect she refuses to show.
