"Sometimes, I think of the sun and the moon as lovers who rarely meet...
PLEASE READ THIS I MADE IT FOR A REASON : continue..... First off I'm not really a biter, but I am pretty particular and a little young so please take care of me! I'm not too strict but I definitely dislike when people randomly post starters on my walls.. sorry but I only plot and winging is pretty rare unless we have no particular plot. I'm terrible at plotting unless something miraculously comes to mind so I apologize beforehand. I enjoy fluff, angst and lots of drama. is something I love but it depends on the plot and my feeling towards your character and how well my character knows you and/or feels. I usually do novella considering I have till the fifth off and I have way too much time on my hands ( most of it spent playing Tomodachi life anyway ) and I don't have too many clubs atm. Secondly, I only do third, and doing first pov will never, ever happen so.. sorry! I'm not good at it at all and I really loathe one liners or anything below fifteen sentences. Though my motto Is detail over length, don't give me something I can't respond to. Don't trust my online sign and don't poke me under 48 hours. If I don't respond it's either lack of motivation, lack of muse, but I will not ignore you. If I can't respond then I will tell you and we can figure something out. Additionally, please don't choose to roleplay with me if you aren't committed and/or too busy. I'm pretty impatient but if you're good and I'm interested, I can wait. I'm not that picky. Feel free to come plot with me~ キタ―――――――(・∀・)―――――――!!I swear I'm nice ---- Plotting with: Jihyun, Naeun, __
...but once in a while, they meet and kiss, and the world stares in awe of their eclipse."

lovely legend
Hi this is lexi ♥ and this is my muse, Jinhwan of iKon ( isn't he a cutie i s t g ) anyway.. just wanted to add a little couple things in this box.

I portray my characters based off of pictures and gifs and how well I know that muse based off of what I've seen or heard and I try not to be cliché but bring in a new kind of character, albeit kind of the same in a way. Please don't bash me for something I can't control, this is the first time I've roleplayed him.

I really look forward to roleplaying with you all... if you do third, of course ♥

On the outside Jinhwan is none other than the quiet type. He doesn't speak up as much as he'd like to and it's not only the dreading past that stops him, but it's the fact that no one really cared to listen and one day he just stopped opening his mouth. Sure, he might be sad, a little depressed but it's not severe. He's just... shy, in a way. Contrasting to one's opinion, there are times that light shines through the fog in this beautiful human being. He likes to think of himself as pure, in fact, you could give him a magazine and he'd turn as red as a lobster and wouldn't know how to react. As more of an observer, Jinhwan likes to take a look at his surroundings than act upon how he feels or what he does. Albeit he shows a lack of emotion, a play on how apathetic he is, he actually is a lot more caring than what means the eye. Though he doesn't physically say how he feels, there are little things that show what he's thinking. Such as the way he inwardly cares about the people dear to him, close or not. Distant and withdrawn at first he seems aloof, but rather he doesn't know how to react and isn't sure how to give off the feeling of wanting to befriend someone, or anything more at the least.

Not many have seen the happy Jinhwan whose smile could burn holes into your head if he had the chance. Although he curls up in the corner and does everything on his own, it's his own way of staying out of trouble or anyone's way. As a child he always cared after his drunken father so it wasn't like he had friends or went out or had fun, but he had responsibilities. Due to this factor his actions may be a bit misleading or confusing, as he's just trying to figure out his feelings. For those who wish to get close to him need to be fairly patient with him. Past the many barriers, one can see a more affectionate Jinhwan, smiley or not.. he's more, how should I say it, touchy? Anyway, despite his appearance he's kind and smart even for a kid who dropped out early, he cares about things.. on the inside, rather, but those who truly get to know him will understand that. Once he's passionate about something he never gives up, additionally with a few pessimistic outlooks, he's very sensitive at heart. Even for someone who locked a whole lot of things up, there are times where things come crashing down. It's best to let him build back up, unless you want to deal with the damage. In closing, unless you're a friend or even closer than that, there's many more things you need to know or learn about him.
Whether or not one would consider this a bad or decent happy history, Jinhwan's story started twenty years ago and in the same place where he is now on a black and white tiled floor a block away from busy streets. He was born on those same tiles, given life by his mother who hadn't been able to make it downstairs by the time Jinhwan was coming out. Forced into pregnancy right there with no father to be seen since no one really saw it coming, two week early baby Jinhwan was born. Though he was given life Jinhwan took another's instead, his own mothers' life to be exact. She was too thin, too weak with all the work she had been doing to keep her bakery alive and when Jinhwan was born she had five seconds to look into his eyes before her own eyes shut and she was gone. Paramedics raced both weak baby and a mother who wasn't breathing to the nearest hospital.

Some might say that the reason Jinhwan grew up such a distant child was because of his mother's death but he never really had a connection with her besides living in her for eight months and so weeks. He never really knew her, and yes it might of hurt a lot for the boy to grow up with an alcoholic father who forced his wife's bakery to shut down even though it was the one thing that made the couple happy, his father had changed, but Jinhwan didn't even know them before he was born so he wasn't sure how his father was before. Needless to say, he had a guess. However, proved to change much in his life like the battle scars from his father's anger on his cheek or the little to no amount of friends he had at school, or the days he spent wondering who his mother was and what she was like.

Jinhwan never really had a future, not even as a kid did he believe in becoming a singer or a model because what mattered at his young age was paying the bills his father piled up by drinking continuously to drain the pain that Jinhwan didn't even know he had locked up inside. He took care of his aging father with his own responsibilities. He didn't have the white picket fence family or the family pet or even the family who sent Christmas cards or baked cookies on every holiday. He didn't go over to friends' houses when they called him or went on play dates and even in high school he didn't form many relationships. He worked two jobs and the only places he went were home, work, grocery store and often at times late at night he'd take strolls to let his mind wonder, but that was it. Jinhwan had no real sense he was sad, not even the heavy heart he had told him, but he lived life in his own world, detached from everyone else.

Life changed for Jinhwan when he was seventeen, ready to move out of the house he once dreaded coming home to. The two jobs in four months managed him enough money to get him a place else, cheaper and more comfortable. His father who once almost drank himself to death was forced by his own son into rehab, but Jinhwan never really saw him again. He was taking a trip down memory lane, exploring the household attic when he found old photos and papers and the one thing that caught his eye, the document to the bakery his mother owned, the place he was given birth at. Apparently, as he read through the many papers that overall made his head spin, said that his father shut it down after he started drinking and the money ran low. He looked over his smiling mother's photos, pictures of his father and his mother together and happy, either at their newlywed house or at the bakery where they both worked. Jinhwan could see the love in his mother's eyes as his newborn eyes could see when she looked him in the eye before she passed. Of course, he was newly born and wouldn't remember anything.. but he felt it.
Jinhwan quit school at a young age because he finally had a dream. It wasn't to be an astronaut or a doctor, not even a business man, but with the feeling that came from looking at those photos changed him.. though not by much. With the education he had, Jinhwan was nineteen and had enough money stored away to bring the bakery back to life. Though it took forever to learn his mother and father's recipes and it took just as long to find the money to hire workers, Jinhwan had the place up and running by the time he was twenty. With the help of his grandfather, who he had found contact with and begged to manage the bakery. Jinhwan had more than he could ever ask for, a few questions left unanswered and things that weighed him down time to time, he was content for the most part. He just needed to find his missing piece.
