Seokjin was a young and happy Prince, who was bestowed anything he wished for. His father doted on him, he was his only heir after all. His mother had died during child birth, so they were the only family each other had.
Seokjin had made a friend early on though, a young slave boy named Luhan. He was older than Seokjin by a few years, but that didn't matter to the Prince. He was his best friend and he was so happy to have the other around. However, his friend abandoned him one day, disappearing from Seokjin's life.
Seokjin was heartbroken. But he didn't have long to mull over it. For his father had been ill for a long time, and shortly after Luhan left... The tyrannical King, Seokjin's father, died. The young prince was then coronated quickly, though it was a sad affair.
Now Seokjin is trying to be the best king that he can be, whilst trying to correct and fix his father's mistakes. It's not easy though, and he doesn't really know what's he doing. So he depends on his advisors a lot. They, however, are forever whispering in his ear and trying to twist him into following exactly in his father's footsteps.
