Taemin was born in a perfectionist wolf pack who were notorious for kicking out their weakest members even cubs who display no potential. They were obsessed with striving to be the highest ranked pack even though there's no existence of a competition. Taemin happened to one of the unlucky young wolves to be abandoned. Right from birth, he became half blind in his left eye and the affected eye turned a beautiful blue. Despite being uniquely different, the pack did not approve of a wolf with a small eyesight defect. His mother convinced the pack to let him stay to see if vision will gradually approve if he reach puberty. So they tolerated the young male wolf but other wolf cubs around Taemin's age would bully him around. By the time he was a teenager, he was kicked out of the pack and have no choice but to become a lone wolf. Along his lonely journey, he managed to learn many survival skills and fend for himself. Though he did hope to join a much kind pack some day.
