As a child, Tzuyu wished to become a doctor but as she grew up, she

wanted to dance and sing. She saw many girl groups in South Korea and

she wanted to be like them. When she was 15, she asked her parents

if she could go to South Korea to visit and many watch some concerts.

Her parents agreed to let her go. A few months after she asked, they

took her to South Korea where she got scouted at one of the concerts.

They thought that she was really pretty and that she had potential. She

immediately agreed. Her parents on the other hand, were reluctant to

let her go. They didn't want to send their little girl to another country

at the age of 15. After persuading her parents, they hesitantly said yes.

Her mother approved more than her father but he couldn't stop her

from chasing her dreams. Tzuyu promised them that she would work hard.

Her Korean is not very good yet so please try to understand if she doesn't

understand at times. 

 

Personality: Shy when not performing, very confident and charming when onstage, very friendly, hardworking
