Up until the incident, Jongin's life was perfect. No, he didn't grow up in a wealthy household, but he did grow up in a happy one. School was a breeze for him. He constantly got the best grades in his school and even graduated first in his class. Life couldn't get any better when he fulfilled his dream of becoming a CIA agent to help the world become a safer place. He even had a beautiful fiancee, who he was set to marry soon enough.
However, at the young age of 22, all that disappeared, one by one. His parents were brutally murdered by the leader of a drug cartel that wanted to retaliate for the time Jongin defeated his only source of income. Jongin did his best to protect his fiancee, but she eventually was brutally murdered also, right where he could see her. He also found out that she was pregnant with his child. From then on, Jongin's life fell into a downwards spiral, making it a living hell everyday. He left his position as a CIA agent, isolated himself, and never smiled or laughed again. Now, three years later, at the age of 25, Jongin is a personal assassin, killing for money and fulfilling the wishes of those ill-hearted people.
Ever since the incident, a hard shell formed around Jongin's heart. He grew to be emotionless and didn't involve himself with others. Jongin also didn't form special feelings anymore, for he did not want to feel the pain he felt, nor did he want anyone to die because of him. He lives in a secluded area, in a rundown apartment. Earning a pretty stable income, Jongin stashes it in the back, only using a few hundreds for livings. Otherwise, he often donates to charity, as a way of self-forgiveness for all the lives he took. The only person he communicates with is his business partner, who makes his job possible.
