Born and raised in Seoul, Jimin grew up in a rather normal family with his younger brother and parents, living a moderately average life, growing up to be a well rounded, fine young man. However, he had always considered it to be boring - zooming through his child and teen years with nothing interesting having happened (unless you count the death of his pet goldfish) - and Jimin developed a sense of wanderlust. 
He developed his hobbies and interests, yet his passion to travel never wavered. His parents had wanted him to focus on his studies first, and so he did. He breezed through college, majoring in english literature and at the current age of 23, he has managed to land himself an internship at a local film studio, learning to write scrips and do research to contribute to the films. 

Dhana Zamina was gifted to Jimin from his younger brother, who had just entered college and was unable to continue playing it. Over one of his weekends, Jimin found himself intrigued by the thought of exploring a world without having to move. Sure, he'd love the real thing, but he wouldn't mind enjoying some exploring in the new game. 

Jimin had chosen to be a Dwyrain, liking the way the elf-like creatures stood tall and beautiful, and the way his character was able to draw an arrow of a bow back with matching grace. The game's simulation thrilled him, and he was always ecstatic to feel the wind through his hair or the sun in his eyes, despite simply lying in his bed in his small room of his parent's home.

Ever since that weekend, Jimin had been captivated by the virtual world, reluctantly returning to his studies over the weekdays. Still, each nigh, he made sure he had time to play, even if its just for a little bit. It was the closest he could get to seeing the world, for now, anyway.
