Two weeks ago, EXO rapper Oh Sehun was suspected of being in a relationship after sasaengs uncovered private text messages between him and an unknown female. At the time SM denied all allegations of a relationship between Sehun and the female.

Just two weeks ago a Kakaotalk message from a 23-year-old sasaeng quickly went viral due to its content. In the message, Ms. Kim, an EXO sasaeng, claimed that she had discovered Sehun’s cellphone on the ground outside the SM building. After gaining access to it, she claims that upon going through his text messages she found many that expressed feelings that she felt were more than friendly between the rapper and an unknown female. Many of them were in English with some in a combination of English and Korean. Though she couldn’t understand many of the messages, Ms. Kim expressed that just the feel of the messages alone made her think that something other than friendship was being expressed through the text messages.

SM quickly denied all allegations and a rep from the company has pressed that the text messages were all fabricated by a delusional sasaeng and warned that if Ms. Kim did not cease spreading lies then they would take immediate legal action against the 23-year-old.

[UPDATE] On November 6th at 4:00P.M., SM released an official statement, revealing that Oh Sehun is indeed in a relationship. Netizens were shocked to discover that Sehun first met the woman through a chat room and that the woman lives in the United States. Cassandra, a college student in Washington, has been dating Sehun for almost a month. The two frequently exchange messages and, despite the distance, SM has stated that their relationship is thriving. Calls to Cassandra were not returned.
