Albus also known as the City of Light, is the perfect city. After the world's las fall out, Albus
was created to house all the people of the world. It's a place of peace and purity, but also
oblivion. It is always the perfect temperature, the perfect sound level. The perfect city.

Malus is where everyone else resides. Albus does not tolerate those who disobey their
law, the system or who just generally screw up in any way. Those who are tainted are
thrown to the notorious Malus to reside with the rest of the criminal, with nothing more
than the clothes on their back.

This seems all interesting and stuff, but I'm struggling to see a way for Albus and Malus people to meet up/communicate. Also, I might be an idiot, but in the rules you state that there's an ongoing plot in this rp, but I fail to find said plot. Do I have to read the fic to catch up? Because I currently really don't have the time to do so...
Maybe you could clear the plot up for me and explain if there could be a way to communicate between Malus and Albus?
