For millions of years, there has been a species on Earth called humans. They were a highly intelligent species, though starting in caves and underwater, they grew to lead societal revolutions and create philosophical ideals no common toad could ever dream up of. Because of this intelligence, the human race gained the attention of a race outside of Earth, a race called: Incubators. They are a godlike force, coming to Earth to harvest energy off of humans. They seem cute and catlike, though those who have encountered them know they are very far from cute. This race had found a way to harvest an intense amount of energy for humans: giving them the ability to wield magic. This ability is exclusive to the women of the race, though unknown why, the Incubators gave them the power to defeat an evil force called: witches. Witches, unknown to most where their origin came from, are an evil force sought out to capture the pure hearts of humans to regain power. The magic that the girls are given are used to protect humans' pure hearts, fighting off witches. These "magical girls" are controlled by an item called: pure heart crystal, trading their souls for a miracle of a wish. These are physical fabrications of a magical girl's pure heart, purified from saving others from evil. Having a purified heart crystal can lead to powerful magic, enough to kill wide populations of witches. However, a tainted pure heart crystal creates a daimon egg, making the magical girl a witch. Witches are cold-hearted humans, with the goal in mind that the world must perish. To the world's knowledge, there is no reverse of making a witch back into a magical girl, and there is no reverse of making a magical girl back into a human. For millions of years, magical girls have had the goal in mind that they must defeat witches, but it is not uncommon for magical girls to die in battle, or to become witches.

This is a literate au rp. We ask of you to use the rooms provided over walls and to formulate threads of rps. If you do not have a rp thread in the first week of joining, you will be notified.

Second characters can be unlocked via upvoting unless you pre-reserved. Third characters are unlocked when both of your characters hit 100 points. Fourths are achieved when you post an ad about the rp. Your first character and second character cannot be both a witch or a magical girl, they have to be different.
Marriage is discouraged and pregnancy is not allowed. You will have a dating ban of 5 days unless you are a move-in couple. Please try to get to know each other.
