Middleground welcomes you to a fictional town called "the middle" situated in a real known as purgatory. Here, you will live as a new persona with a temporary life. You will retain your memories of your previous life, and work in this life to finish your purpose; and, ultimately, to enter the afterlife with peace and fulfillment.
