Rule #11: 6 character limit! 2nd character requires an upvote, 3rd requires a blog, 4th will be given when each of your first 3 fc's have at least 1k points! 5th granted when your current fc's have at least 3k points. 6th can be snatched if you hit at least 5k points on all characters you have - yeah that rule didnt changed.

Rule #12: currently we allow people to apply for maximum 2 members per group, but the group must have at least 9 members. - same goes in here

1pw: impress us with your best pick up line with the 1st pw + look into the layout for 2pw.
