SEOULITE is a semi-literate to literate communal living AU where communal living is common practice. Instead of having everyone move in their own place, we'd have a situation where 5-8 people stay on the same floor above a business as a part of a community housing plan. People will not live in the same room, but just same vicinity like above a business that they work at, for example, and will share a communal bathroom, kitchen, etc. Housing situations will mimic real life and be randomized. You will not get to choose who you live with as of now. In addition to this, people must be prepared to apply for a job IC, or at least ask to work for someone. If their muse owns a business, they will have to come with their own positions that they're hiring for so people can work for/alongside them.

BEFORE RESERVING ⊹ Favorite the RP to be accepted. Upvote if you like us or if you want a second character. We will not accept accounts made the same day or week they request a faceclaim as they have a tendency to be deleted without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline your entry for the sake of keeping community comfort and peace.
DISCLAIMER ⊹ Admins reserve the right to reject any application we see as problematic. That being said, absolutely no ooc drama though ic drama is welcome. We are an easy going rp filled with laid back people who wish to only vibe. If you cause trouble to the point where an admin has to step in they will take action how they see fit.
DATING & BONDING ⊹ There is no dating ban for now and we will accept move in couples under the circumstance that they will not bubble rp and form connections and also just have conversations with other people. We cannot stop you from face chasing, but we do discourage it and hope you give everyone a fair chance. Do not bubble rp or chat and try to refrain from excessive inside jokes. Of course you may talk to your significant other and friends, but if they're the only people you talk to, then you will be given a warning. Make everyone feel welcomed.
Even though there is no real dating ban, participants must observe the internet rule where you add your muse's age by 8 then divide it by 2. However, if the age gap still exceeds 5 years for muses less than 25, they are not allowed to date.
MATURE CONTENT ⊹ Please keep all rated images and posts in DMs and walls, and refrain from putting rated/ content in public spaces that aren't the rated chat or rated for these things. Rated discussions are not encouraged, but not prohibited. If you ever see something that makes you feel uncomfortable while in this RP, please notify the admins of what happened and make sure you use our safe word "menboong" when needed.
IC & OOC ⊹ Keep OOC and IC separate. If the conversation is OOC and will exceed more than 5 posts, use the OOC room. If it is IC, keep it IC. You will be expected to use brackets any time you post OOC in IC spaces. Please also be civil with other participants in the RP and do not speak ill of any roleplays or roleplayers. If you have an issue that directly affects your experience in the roleplay, please approach the admin team directly to voice your concerns. OOC drama is not tolerated under any circumstance. Please handle your issues among yourselves and involve the admins if needed. We ask that you also provide screenshots of the situation so we can better handle the issue.

After three times, you will be banned from joining for a month. If you're ever removed for inactivity, your fc will be up for grabs again, so try to stay active if you want to keep them.

RESERVATION VALIDITY ⊹ Accepted reservations are valid for 24 hours after requesting. You will have this period of time to follow through with the acceptance instructions before your claims become up for grabs again.

REAPPLYING ⊹ Those removed for inactivity will be allowed to apply again after a waiting period. After your first removal, you will have a three-day waiting period before you can reapply. After the second removal, you will have to wait five days. Those removed three times will be barred from reapplying for a month.
