Blood Moon-- AU ROLEPLAY [[NEWLY REVAMPED, OPEN AND ACCEPTING]

The blood moon has been historically something of a strange phenominon. Scientifically, "Blood moon is nothing more but a series of lunar eclipses, the Earth's shadow on the moon, giving it something of a strange glow. For farmers, a large glowing red or orange moon signifies harvest time, the time in which the crops are at their finest and ready to be gathered before the frosty chill of winter sets in. In the biblical sense, the red moon is a symbol of change, the end of the world as we know it. But for vampires, the blood moon was a symbol of safety, a sign of a real change. Now, creatures can roam alongside the humans, and while the oblivious sleep soundly in their beds, or party late at night, the moon's children are finally free to come out and play. It's the end of this world as the humans have once known it to be.
