When the earth was new, the animals that inhabited it fought for dominance. Two species came out on top. The Panthers and The Wolves. Not wanting to fight after years of war, they signed a Treaty. The Panthers would get the northern half of the earth and the Wolves the southern. As long as neither side crossed over into the other without permission the world would stay in peace. Alas one night a storm hit and a Wolf was washed onto Panther land. After the Panthers took him in and nursed him to health he still attacked them. In retaliation the Panthers killed him and the Great War began.
