Realising that I was still on the floor, I held my arm to not shake my injured wrist and stood up slowly, wincing a bit.

@Eunhyuk I practiced since early morning to get that damn new choreo right. The rest of my members were probably enjoying their day-off, but I am to far behind in dance so I have to practice more. I was doing a rotation movement when I tripped and twisted my wrist while trying to not end up face on the floor.
"Aish !" I exclaimed, feeling some pain in my wrist. I tried to move it, but due to the pain, I couldn't. "_____ ! I think it's sprained..."
