@min yoongi Walking into the music room, Donghyuk surveyed the class to see if there were any empty seats before noticing one in the back corner. With a grin, he walked over to the seat, taking a seat next to another male; he had never see the student before but shrugged, turning to face the stranger, "Hi! I'm Donghyuk!" He stuck his hand out in a handshake, grinning widely at the other student, "Are you new here? I've never seen you before! But then again, I'm not very attentive when it comes to my surroundings." He tried to joke, sheepishly glancing at the other male.

Even if the omega didn't think it was a big deal, Jiyong was extremely grateful. After all, he had no family and he wanted to make this place his permanent home. That wouldn't really be possible if he didn't do well in school. And while he didn't put any other pack down, he didn't know much about any of them. Heck, he barely knew anything about the pack he now belonged to. As he was let the other look over his notes, he was surprised when the male snorted and he felt a bit annoyed. Did the kid think he was dumb or something? When he heard Jaewon had already done this, he frowned. How old was this kid? "Well, that's how I am with languages, math and science, but history and me just don't seem to mix." He hated it too, because how could he teach someone else if he didn't even understand it. Pulling out the 3 main questions he was to address in the paper, he read them. "What was the purpose of the Red Valencia being formed and who was their leader? What was the biggest problem these wolves suffered each year? And why was their population dwindling faster than the other packs. I know the last answer, but I can't find much for the first." He knew that originally there tended to be more females born into the pack and thus it was difficult to provide them all with mates.

/chuckles lightly and I give my head a little shake, my hand waving fairly lazily to try and kindly dismiss your thanks without doing so in a rude manner, or seeming rude by doing so in the first place, a smile on my lips the entire while as I eyed out the book and notes that you had; humming lightly I reached over to take a few papers to see what the generalized idea of what you're learning about now would be before letting out a soft snort, shaking my head firmly when you say about heading out to look for information- I'd done this already about half a year ago, finding that I had some harder classes to begin with before moving on with some slower paced, easier classes these next few years/ No, it's fine. I already did this. History sticks like glue for some reason. /shifting my body, I lean in, pushing your notes back towards you as I give a little wave for you to read away the questions so I can give some information without giving answers, but strong enough hints that it should be fairly easy to catch on/

Jiyong continued to smile lightly and he was grateful that the other was willing to help him out. That class had him stressed and it was the reason he was afraid he wouldn't have time for Minki, but if Jaewon was willing to help him, he could relax a bit. At this new bit of information, he grinned and nodded. "Thank you. I'm really grateful, because I just can't seem to understand it and it's stressing me out." Hoisting his bag higher onto his shoulder, he nodded. As he followed the other boy to a table, he sat down and pulled out his book and notes. Then, reaching into his bag once more, he found the questions he had written out that he wanted to answer in his paper and laid it out on the table as well before opening his book back up. "Well, I'm writing a paper on the history of the Red Valencia pack. I am currently trying to outline my paper, but I can't seem to find much information on their origin in our book." He frowned, wondering if he should just go to the library and dig around.

The pressure to do well in school was bad enough, but then he'd put added pressure on himself to make sure he watched out for his feisty young friend Minki. That was no easy task, but he didn't mind. It gave him something interesting to do. "Thank you for understanding." This time, he smiled back. While he was no stranger to smiling, he didn't do so often. Not many people could get him to smile. Not yet anyway. As for being touched, it was good that the other had kept his distance. Since losing his family, he hadn't had much in the way of skinship and unless you were close to him, he didn't really like it. He was about to say he wasn't really hungry when the other mentioned his best subjects. "History!" He seized on the word. "Would you be willing to help me. It's my worst subject. Languages aren't a problem and I'm great at science and math, but history is NOT my forte. I find it boring." He frowned as he thought about all of the memorization.

I'm not bothered, I promise. /I have a slight itch to give a little pat to your arm like I do to most people, finding touching to be a quality of mine, but I know that some people don't really like being touched without permission, so I simply give a slightly sweeter smile with the subtlest of squinting at my eyes/ I'm sorry. He smiled at the memory, but he didn't have friends. No one could be trusted. The posture that he normally considered defensive didn't surprise him at all. He deserved it after all. "No matter what the reason, I shouldn't have been rude." He rubbed the back of his neck feeling off kilter. He hadn't rubbed his neck since he was a boy. "Well, I can always work outside of the classroom. I just thought I'd be able to concentrate in here, but I can't." He shrugged and stood after putting the last item in his bag and slinging it over his shoulder. The offer surprised him and he hesitated. "What's your best subject?"
