@⏳Jung Hoseok (yup, I tend to wake up even before my alarm ringing. It's not that I can't wake up, I wake up when I heard my alarm, it just that my body feel like a lead every time I wake up, so I can't move my body instantly after I wake up. I need time to getting up the bed not waking up. eue)

@Bang Yongguk [ah so! Your biological clock is the one that wakes you up. You know what I did when I knew I couldn’t get up? I’d put my alarm clock further to s distance where there’s no choice but to get up to turn it off /nods/ : ) how about trying that? : P ]

@⏳Jung Hoseok (Yup, I use alarm clock, though my body alarms more precise than alarm clock. I just often than not lazy to get up eue)

@Bang Yongguk [okay! Trying to sleep early and trying to avoid sleeping late is a good way to correct sleeping patterns~ have you used alarm clocks to have a counter tho? : ) ]
