She managed to make her way over to her old room and was surprised to see it was empty, only to remember about the news. The girl sighed softly, placing her luggage by the bed before she made her way out of the room once she was dressed in comfortable clothes. She thought no one would be there at the moment but was fairly surprised to see Jennie in the kitchen as soon as she made her way there, a hand to her chest when the knife clattered on the island. “Eonnie, why are you holding a knife?…” She continued to pat her chest, heart raging in her chest at the sight /and/ sound. A sheepish smile made its way to her face before she cleared . “I’m sorry about that, not too long ago, I thought you all were out at practice…” She replied softly, taking a deep breath then letting out a breath to relax herself. “Are you okay though? Did you hurt yourself with the knife?” She asked, making her way over to her.

@☾ lee chaeyeon today’s schedule had been gruesome from waking up early to record the performance of monster on the music show to a never ending photoshoot with vogue and then tortuous conference calls. she was wore out as she trudges through the door with her chanel bag clutched in hand.

she lets out a gruntled cry of relief once her feet were free of her shoes and met with the cold wooden floor. she was just about to throw herself on the couch for a nap as reward but she hears something, a door opening. Yongsun hadn’t come home yet. The sound of feet against the floor resonates off the walls sending jennie into her fight or flight instincts which she darted to the kitchen to grab a knife. with a shaky hand she raises it as a figure emerges from the hall. it wasn’t an intruder at all. It was chaeyeon. another shock in itself. jennie lets the knife fall and clatter on the marble island top where she deflates next to it in relief. absurd.
God ing dammit, chaeyeon. you scared me. My heart is pounding so hard, when did you even return to the dorm?
