However, their office is based in none other than the main building in Monstropolis, so employees see them around quite often. They manage the shift managers and tend to be more technical, going over statistics and figuring out ways to increase productivity。

The receptionist will typically call a shift manager if they need a package brought to the waiting area for a customer to pick it up in person. There are two midday receptionists (02/02) and one midnight receptionist (01/01)。

They're in charge of finding any packages in the building that need to be shipped out to another facility, so they use computers to find out which trucks have which packages. They then pick them up, label them and put them on carts for package handlers to load them. Three work the midday shift (03/03) and two work the midnight shift (02/02)。
