fondles the electric key in hand, a look of determination yet confusion painted across her features. the landlords instructions through the phone hadn't been the best as she had to wake him up at 6 in the morning, now desperately trying to figure out how this new technology worked. it had already been ten minutes with her pushing and pulling the door handle, inserting her lock numerals with no real success yet.

"dammit." a low mutter echoed through the hallways and with one final push, that seemed to involve some kung fu as well, the door's heavy weight shifted forward causing her balance to fly with it. stumbling inside with heavy breath's she pulled herself together, looking around at the crisp white painted walls and the light grey floors, it looked just like the pictures.

a soft meow from her companion brought her head back to the ground, squatting down to catch him to her arms, "sorry about that mister. are you hungry?" a low purr emitted as a response, bringing a smile to the owners face. it was always his needs first, wasn't it.
