inhaling the deepest of breaths and huffing out yet another sigh (this one of exasperation), he puts the book aside to shift in his beanbag and glare at yuta, but looking up at the stupid and stupidly comforting face before him unfortunately softens him... somewhat. "did you pester people while you were abroad too?"
“so let me get this straight—,” he starts, settling back into his bean bag, but continuing the calf-prodding every few words. “i’m now competing for your attention with,” his foot comes up to (rudely) inspect the cover before yuta mutters, “the seventh edition, ‘Sudoku Madness: Fun that never ends’ copyright you probably picked up at the gas station?”
though it was true, they did have lost time to make up for, and though he did miss the other bothering him for things like food or a place to sleep or attention over the past few months, ten doesn't really do much to show it. he just huffs a quick sigh, not even bothering to look up from his book and still scribbling in numbers even when responding: "i know you can see i'm currently in the middle of something."
yuta lets out an exasperated noise as he drops his weight onto the beanbag beside ten (almost toppling but he saves himself). his foot intentionally drives into the other’s calf, giving him a bit of a shove. “it’s been a whole semester abroad and i want your attention. we have time to make up for.”
quietly shuffles in and plops down on a beanbag, taking off his bag and digging through it to pull out a pen and his sudoku book, also promptly flipping it open and starting a new page.
