[New Girl] So she just moved into the dorms here from well out of the area. So not only is she new to the school but she's new to the area. You happen to see her either wondering the school hallways or the town looking quite lost, Because She is, and would welcome any help.

[Low Day - edited ver.] It doesn't happen often, but some days are really bad - Rui likes to call them Low Days. On these days, not only does her mood takes a complete 180 turn, but she also has a lot of physical pain. The doctor calls them phantom pains; there's nothing physically wrong, but that doesn't mean that she can't feel it. On one of these days, you happen upon Splat, her service dog, looking for help and he leads you to Rui curled up in the middle of the hall while classes are in session after a failed attempt to make it to the infirmary.

[ Meeting Your Heroes ] You were a huge fan of Inq and the news of her incident was a complete shock. Even more shocking was when she essentially dropped off the face of the Earth afterwards. She had gone into hiding and no one, not even major news outlets, knew if she was alive. Sure, there was plenty of speculation of forums and in media, but nobody had legitimate proof for whether she was alive or dead. Eventually, it became a cold case - something that just faded into the background with the onslaught of other news and events. Even you'd nearly forgotten about Inq until the day you walk in on her bring a scraggly looking drawing to life.

[ Like Strangers ] After her accident, Rui received a lot of support from everyone around her: family, friends, and even the hero team that she'd come to know as both. However, between busy schedules and lengthy stints in the hospital and therapy, most non-familial relationships kind of faded after the first few solid months. It's been years since you've seen or heard from Watanabe Rui, but fate has a funny way of bringing people back together. As such, you meet again.

you two always find yourselves in small squabbles over something you're both passionate about - if it's combat, you two may even find yourselves battling it out on multiple occasions. instead of actual hatred towards each other it's more of a mutual interest of the other's skills combined with annoyance over the fact that you never seem to find a resolution on who's the true victor. what makes it worse is that both of you are too proud to admit defeat, creating a vicious cycle.
