@luvian lee ᵈᵍ (Its been 4 years so I'm just :') and even then, my last year of highschool I took Quantitative Reasoning which is mainly just word problems)

They didn't in heaven either. Besides, this isn't from calculus
PEMDAS is learned in Pre-Algebra
It's how you are to go about your problem
Parenthesis, Exponent, Multiplication, Division, Addition, and Subrraction.
You're to go about the problem in that order
