At first it was two long back-to-back surgeries and then it was the families of the patients, they were distraught and not listening to a word he said. Yes, Sehun was young but he was also one of the best surgeons out there and he was even recommended for this surgery. How was that not enough to discuss the surgery and even say that it was a success? But his day didn't even end there, he spent the rest of the night at the clinic for wolves and saw patients until closing. It's been a long day for him, much longer than it was supposed to be and all he wanted was to go home for a nice hot meal and then just sleep.
It was dark by the time he left the clinic and his car was parked quite a distance from the entrance due to a lack of parking in the area. So he took his time walking, enjoying the cool breeze and unwinding from his stressful day. The streets were mostly empty at this hour so the faint smell of blood coming from an alleyway alarmed him. Sehun frowned, already speeding up his pace to enter the alleyway and check on whoever was bleeding.
It was incredibly dark with the smell of blood even stronger but the streetlight just barely showed a man lying on the floor, near the wall. Sehun immediately kneeled down next to the person and took his wrist to find a pulse. "Hey! What's your name?" He asked, going through the standard emergency procedure, using his other hand to sit the man up and against the wall. "My name's Sehun and I'm a doctor, can you tell me your name?" He repeated with concern and was relieved to find a faint but strong pulse and carefully set his arm down on the ground, before tilting the man's head carefully to look for damage.
