@❃ jungkook ᵐᵒᵒⁿᵇᵘⁿ 'Pleasure to meet you, too, Jungkook.' He offered a smile, one a bit more friendly than his first awkward attempt as he settled, still trying to get a feel for socializing. Like the observant person he was, he took the moment the male spoke to study him, deciding with himself that he didn't /look/ like someone he needed to be so worried and pent up around. 'Ah.. high school, the hell hole that got me into the position of not being able to make friends,' he mused with a faint chuckle, 'I'm sorry to hear that, though. It seems everyone spent the same time there yet, I've yet to meet any of the ones that made it that way.' It was an offhand thought, one he was suddenly painfully aware and interested in the more he lingered on it - not the time for that. Shifting to pull his legs up, sitting mostly like a child, he offered a small bob of his head. 'It does.. I kind of expected a laugh or something.'

Wooyoung's attention was half stolen by the small flowers alongside the lake, taunting him to come closer and look over them but he could wait for that. It didn't take too long before he was taking out his phone to make a note of them, either. 'Oh, that's good,' he chimed, tucking his phone back away in the confines of his pocket, 'that doesn't sound too bad, actually, though that's kind of cute.. in a totally casual type of way,' he ended it with a furrow of his brow, not wanting the comment to come off as weird.

@❃ wooyoung ʰᵒⁿᵉʸᵍˡᵒˢˢ "Ah, Wooyoung- I like it. It's nice to meet," Jungkook replied with simple nod of his head. He noticed how the other's ear nearly flattened on his head, his own ear that was once standing now resting on his shoulder. "No, please- Don't apologize. I get it.. Kinda. It was really hard for me in high school to be social and try to make friends. Perhaps we have different reasoning for this, but you know, I just understand how easy it is to not actively try to make friends." He crossed his legs and leaned against the backrest of the bench, his large doe-like eyes looking out at the large lake before them. "If it means anything, you're doing well so far."

Too much trouble? Nope, not at all. Jungkook liked being able to get out of his apartment. He's stuck inside most of the time due to creating and editing videos, photos, and whatever else, so getting the refreshing air and a little sun on his skin when the sun wasn't hiding did him well. "No, no! The walk from my place to here isn't bad at all. There's a cafe that I pass to get here, and sometimes I stop in for a cake pop and tea. I was a little too excited to stop today, though."

@❃ jungkook ᵐᵒᵒⁿᵇᵘⁿ As he sat, his thoughts went around in his head like something of a tornado or things pushed onto the back burner. The year was already almost to an end and he still had a ton of things he'd barely touched on. Bringing a hand up to push his black bangs back, he made another mental note that he probably needed to cut his hair soon as he it was getting pretty long; basically anything to keep himself in his own world as to not have a nervous breakdown. Only when he heard the sudden voice did he let reality slip back in and he was getting to his feet. 'Oh, hey. Uh, yeah, that's me,' he nodded slowly, apparently forgetting how to even remotely greet someone, 'Wooyoung, it's Wooyoung.' The smile he returned was probably a lot faltier than he wanted and finally the question registered to him; 'Of course, go ahead.'

Dawning on him that he was still standing, he returned to his place on the bench and furrowed his brow. 'Sorry, I'm kinda.. I haven't actively tried to make friends around campus in a solid year or more,' he chuckled, his own ears going back just a little bit enough to almost disappear in the same shaded locks. 'I hope coming out here wasn't too much trouble for you?' Wooyoung's skills in small talk weren't up to par by any means but he was still concerned on if the placement was too far or something of the sort.

@❃ wooyoung ʰᵒⁿᵉʸᵍˡᵒˢˢ Jungkook had been lucky to meet several really nice people on campus already, and he hadn't expected it to happen so easily given his struggles in the past; however, with the successes so far, his mind was open. He was ready to continue to meet more and more people. Of course, he wasn't so naive to think everyone would be as open or kind like the others he'd met, but he had a little hope at least. The guy he was meeting today, though, his username caught his eye. It looked strangely familiar, but he couldn't quite place his finger on where he had seen it before. Maybe it was all in his head. Maybe some kind of deja vu thing? He simply shrugged and looked at his phone to check the time, noticing he was arriving around the right time they agreed to meet at.

Looking around for the bench they had agreed to meet by, he spotted a dark haired man sitting down and gazing out at the lake. He took a breath, checked over himself, and finally approached the other. "Hey.. Are you honeygloss? I'm moonbun! Or Jungkook- I suppose actual names would be preferred now?" Jungkook offered a smile, one of his ears standing erect on his head and twitching in curiosity. "Might I sit?"

@❃ jungkook ᵐᵒᵒⁿᵇᵘⁿ Wooyoung was, by all means, reluctant on meeting anyone from campus as he either got his reputation thrown in his face or ended up in an argument as easy as breathing; in his defense, he wasn't the biggest people person. Part of him felt weird being out and not spending his time watching over his son, almost like it was an unrealistic thing for him to be doing. At one point, he even pulled out his phone to cancel the meeting suddenly thrown together but he'd probably never hear the end of it from his fiance who was painfully away of his antisocial streak. A sigh sounded from the Doberman and he just sank against the bench, attention settling on the lake before him, something he'd never really done before on his days off. Between classes, his work of sorts and home life, it didn't come as a surprise that sightseeing wasn't on his agenda.

It dawned on him that it would be his first time meeting someone through the user he used for school chats and more or less brightened him in an amused manner. He put his attention on the bright side of things and straightened, waiting to see where this whole thing would go.
