room requests

want a specific room for the purpose of rping? all room requests should be posted here. public rooms (for example, a cafe) only need to be requested to be made. dorms can be requested when 2/3 of a group is present. private residences will require the approval of the main admin before being requested. tag admin seonghwa with all room requests. any request that is made without tagging will not be honored!
