this is a private roleplay between park seonghwa and kim hongjoong

@seonghwa “I mean, if you are a fan of bad people… I have all the business cards saved in a small box in the kitchen. So if that’s your kink, you can use them.” Hongjoong shrugged. He had saved them to make sure he did not accidentally run into them again. No amount of money would get him to go and ask them for ever again. He was up for a lot of wild stuff but most was a big no.

“So you enjoy bite marks?” Hongjoong grinned and wiggled his eyebrows, holding onto the other’s hand. “So feel free to mark me.” He liked marks, once he got the people the consent. He did not even mind bruises if he had agreed to them but most times he had not, or at least not to those he was still collecting the business cards with. For a moment Hongjoong closed his eyes, imagining how Seonghwa would bite his skin and leave bruises and it sent shivers through his body. He could feel the other’s fingers on his pulse and he was sure the taller could feel that it made him excited. “It would be a nice pleasure though I’ll probably leave scratches on your pretty body.” He his lips before he looked to the other.

A soft laugh left Hongjoong’s lips as Seonghwa took him over to his own bedroom. “I did not lie. I slept. But I haven’t been able to get rid of these dark circles. Living here is not exactly quiet.” He smiled amused and curled into Seonghwa’s side, cuddling close. He loved cuddles so it was perfect. The other was perfect, definitely, and Hongjoong was not sure how stealing from a rich man had gotten him flowers, jewellery, a watch and even such nice company. “I like cuddles too,” he then hummed and tugged on the other’s shirt, pulling it away from his pants and then letting his hand slide under it. He wanted to touch. Even if Seonghwa did not want , he loved touching skin. It was soft and warm against the touch and Hongjoong immediately relaxed.

Hongjoong felt safe with Seonghwa. And it was a rarity.

Surprised he looked at the other and hummed, a yes he would not say out loud.. “If is the right word here,” he said and . “I don’t have the opportunity.” He had not even been able to finish school so all the jobs he got were temporary and the pay was horrible. He had tried and it was impossible. “So I don’t indulge into such fantasies.”

Leaning into the touch, he closed his eyes for a moment and then looked at Seonghwa who was not looking at him but at the ceiling where Hongjoong had put up a few lights. They looked like stars in the other’s beautiful eyes. “Of course I’d say yes. I do have a few fancy clothes but… I don’t know if they are enough for going out with you.” He chuckled amused.

@hongjoong Hongjoong was clearly not going to tell him anything, Seonghwa realised.

And why should he?

It just meant that Seonghwa would have to refer to his usual method of seeking people out. He noted the tremor in Hongjoongs voice and held back a sigh, Seonghwa let go of the shirt, smoothing it back into place and schooling his expression.

“I’m more partial to bite marks over bruises,” Seonghwa said, allowing the conversation to transition towards lighter topics as per Hongjoongs not so subtle distraction, and without (too much) complaints. It wasn’t a lie, he did actually enjoy leaving marks created by him rather than some strands of synthetic fibre. “Sinking my teeth into you would be a pleasure” He purred, lightly dragging his fingertips across Hongjoongs collarbone to settle on his pulse point.

“You probably deserve a little punishment since you’re a liar” Seonghwa replied with a snort, “You look like a panda. A very cute panda, but a panda nonetheless.” For somebody he’d known for less than a week, he felt quite prepared to just take Hongjoong out of this apartment and, for lack of a better euphemism, trap him in a gilded cage. Seonghwa may be laying the sugar a little too thick but you don’t catch flies with vinegar, you catch them with honey.

“If me lying down with you is what it’ll take to get you to sleep, then by all means, seduce me” He said,

His expectations regarding Hongjoongs bedroom were mildly exceeded— it certainly was not as much of a dump as the rest of the apartment— though he kept that thought to himself as the two climbed onto the bed (“I’m a cuddler, don’t argue with me”); Seonghwa stretching out and tugging Hongjoong to lay against his side( Let’s not talk about the actual mental anguish he went through to not snap and take Hongjoong then and there ). “Hongjoong—“

“If you had the opportunity to leave this kind of life behind, would you?” He asked quietly, fingers running through Hongjoongs smooth locks absently as he stared up the ceiling. “If I.. asked you, to join me for dinner. Hypothetically.”

“What would you?”

@seonghwa [I am happy about any reply, jumpy or short or whatever, they are all perfect. So do not worry about it! And yes I read your blogpost uwu take all the time you need!]

“Well, thank you for the roses then,” Hongjoong chuckled amused. He was a little used to getting flowers though they rarely were this beautiful and big. Surely, he had rich customers and they often spent a lot on money on gifts for him and he never cared – but somehow he cared a little bit for the other. “Well, how are you then?” he chuckled and shook his head, a small laugh escaping his lips. Seonghwa calling him breathtaking made him smile and he felt happy about such simple words despite the fact he was used to compliments.

The kiss on his cheeks though surprised him. Seonghwa was slow, taking his time and he was not used to people to immediately kissing him after he entered their room. “My lips are a little to the left,” he said and pointed towards them, somehow wanting to taste Seonghwa’s lips against his, figuring out how they would feel. Watching the other he wondered if he had a vase in his house. Otherwise a big glass would have to do, he just had to make sure they would not topple over – well, he could always use the bathtub, sink or toilet as a makeshift vase for a short amount of time after all.

“Look who is confident,” Hongjoong laughed amused and shook his head. Seonghwa was fun to be with, different than most clients he had and he was confident, he liked that. Not someone he had to lie to how great he looked and how good he was in bed when his was not even halfway hard or only because he had to think of something else. Hongjoong knew what kind of fantasies would get him to get hard and have an which was needed around a lot of his clients, sadly. But Seonghwa was not his client. What exactly was the other?

A soft hum left his lips. “You should come here more often then,” Hongjoong hummed amused. “Or visit me somewhere else.” He wondered if Seonghwa would or if he just eventually get tired of him. It would not surprise Hongjoong. Surprised he looked at the taller when he handed him the jewellery box and upon opening it, his eyes widened. He loved it. Not just fake loved it, but really really loved the accessory. He would put it on soon, maybe even ask Seonghwa to help him if he decided to stay a little longer. He could feel his own face light up seeing what was inside and he then looked up at his guest. “Thank you,” he said and his voice was soft and honest, sounding still surprised and maybe even a little touched.

“No, stay a little longer, I slept enough. Though we can nap together if it would make you feel better,” Hongjoong said, not wanting Seonghwa to leave already. He was interesting company and he wanted to figure out more about him, find out whoe he really was. Though the other seemed to getr side-tracked and he could feel his shirt dip down and Seonghwa take a look at the almost healed bruise on his collarbone. It was one of the better ones. He had a really nasty bruise on his right rips and a really dark one on his hip too. There were a few smaller ones too but he could just easily ignore them. Luckily they did not bother him during work.

And Hongjoong did not realise how angry and enraged Seonghwa was. How would he? He was used to indifference and nothing else. Barely anyone cared what happened to his body. “Ah, just a client. He was a little too rough. No worries, I broke his nose in exchange,” he said, chuckling slightly but his voice was a little shaky. If he was honest he had been worried for a bit. When the guy had suddenly turned so violent he had been unable to get free for the first few moments, leaving marks on his wrist though Hongjoong had eventually managed to get free and after getting pushed around and breaking that man’s nose, leave. He had blocked the number and gladly that man did not know where he lived. Hopefully he would not ever see him again. Hongjoong knew how risky his job was and that sometimes people were a little too crazy but this time had really scared him. But who cared about it? Seonghwa surely did not want to hear about it. “I won’t see him again. Sometimes that happens, some people leave me with bruises I did not ask for.” He tilted his head a bit. “But you can leave some, just ask for my permission first.” He winked at Seonghwa.

@hongjoong [] jumpy replies for a little while, English is hard jbhrnkgr

“Hi, how are you? That’s usually how people greet a guest” Seonghwa greeted dryly, looking down the red flowers in his hands “Maybe even a ‘wow, thank you for the roses, I’m so lucky!’”

“Lucky for you, you are just as breathtaking as the last time I saw you, so I won’t hold it against you” He kissed Hongjoongs cheek as he stepped inside, adjusting the roses in his group. Perhaps roses were a little more.. Romantic in intention. But Seonghwa highly doubted that there was a flower out there that symbolised his desire to ensnare and consume Hongjoong and his entire being.

Or something like that.

“I’d say it’s for you but,” There was a note of smug pride in his voice as he lay down the flowers carefully onto the dining table, “It’s pretty obvious I lucked out in the looks department.” He couldn’t hold a candle to Hongjoong, that much was obvious, but Park Seonghwa knew he was a very attractive man. “But if seeing me makes your day a little brighter then I’d be happy to indulge”

Seonghwa pulled out out the little box in his pocket, gesturing for Hongjoong to come forward “They’re not the only thing I have for you. Showing up empty handed felt wrong and the roses didn’t feel like they were enough” Hongjoong had a multitude of piercings in both his ears, he was pleased to see, passing over the jewellery box “It’s alright if you end up not liking it. I don’t know what your interests and taste are but maybe with some time, I will.” He said, feeling a lot more nervous that what he’d expect to when gifting a trinket. Up close Seonghwa could see the dark shadows on Hongjoongs face, something he hadn’t noticed earlier. “You look tired, kitten” He said, cupping his cheeks.

“I should leave, you need to sleep, maybe tomorrow, if you’re up for—” Seonghwa paused as his eye was drawn to Hongjoongs collarbone, where his shirt had shifted just enough to flash the edges of a purple bruised in the end stages of healing. “What is this?” He asked, so softly that if it weren’t for the tight expression across his face and the mildest tremble in his fingers as he pulled down the fabric to reveal more, you’d have mistaken his rage for tenderness.

Were there.. Were there more? Seonghwa grit his teeth, feeling sick to his stomach as he met Hongjoongs gaze. Of course there would be more. There was /always/ more. How dare— How ing dare somebody lay their filthy, disgusting hands on him like this?

“Who did this to you?”

@seonghwa If Hongjoong was honest he was kind of surprised how fast Seonghwa was suddenly texting him and how impatient he was as well. He chuckled slightly upon reading the first message, the second made him laugh out loud. So he was coming. That had been a quick decision for the other and Hongjoong hummed, rolling on his bed. It was the only room that was really nicely decorated, not looking as nasty as the rest of the apartment. He had a big comfortable bed, the walls were covered in nice tapestry and the ground covered with soft carpet. He even had a small table with a laptop on it. It looked entirely different from the rest of his apartment, but it was the only room he really used.

And his bathroom so he kept it clean from any nastiness, for example mould or other dirt. But that was it.

Hongjoong was rolling on his bed as he heard two shots outside but he was not even flinching – it was normal in this area but it was the cheapest and easiest to afford. After all he had no steady income and doing what he did for work was the easiest to make a good amount of money while not having to work horrible hours and being treated like he was some kind of scum. Most times at least.

Only moments later he had to get up as he heard someone at the door, blinking surprised as he walked over to the door, peeking through the door and then blinking surprised as he was greeted with a big bouquet of roses.

“I think you have the wrong-“ Hongjoong started before he saw Seonghwa and opened the door. “Did you bring me roses?” he blinked confused and lifted an eyebrow, looking up at Seonghwa. The flowers smelled so very nicely, even though Hongjoong was still a few steps away though Seonghwa surely smelled nicer.

Opening the door properly he looked at the other with a small smirk. “You are fast. I did not expect you for another half an hour,” he chuckled. Not that he would have used the time any different than just playing games on his phone and watching youtube videos. He enjoyed lazing around, especially after work even though work had only been cuddling this time and not some rough or anything. Not that this body meant his body was free from any bruises. Only a few days prior he had had a really rough client who had handled him the way even Hongjoong had snapped and broken the man’s nose. He was fine with most things, but there was a limit.

“You look handsome, just as before,” Hongjoong said and looked at Seonghwa, stepping aside so he could join him in the apartment.

@hongjoong “Sir. A message.”

The sound of pen scratching against paper paused as Seonghwa glanced up to his phone being handed to him by his personal bodyguard, his screen lit up with a ‘new message’ banner. Was this Hongjoong? Had he finally reached out?

Seonghwa accepted the phone, schooling himself to not seem too excited. He’d received his reminder that morning to reach out to Hongjoong but every time he’d reached for his phone, something seemed to come up, leaving him to unintentionally ghost. Seonghwa wasn’t too surprised that Hongjoong had never called but he’d be lying if he said he wasn’t disappointed. He’d wanted to be given a reason to see him. His phone unlocked after scanning his face, and opening up the message app automatically.

Kim has requested you contact him <
                                      ########## <

What a smart boy. Seonghwa smirked, propping his head on his hand. Leave it to Kim Hongjoong to be smarter than what he looked. Of course that did mean he’d have to deal with his apparently ty security detail if they couldn’t even manage stay hidden from a street walker. Seonghwa clicked his tongue, annoyed, as his thumb hovered over the digits in message. “Get rid of his shadows. They clearly can’t do their job right.” He said breezily, as if condemning half a dozen men to their deaths was as easy as ordering a coffee. Well, it was for him. If Seonghwa couldn’t trust them to shadow Hongjoong properly, how could he trust them to do anything. The only noteworthy thing they’d done was provide him with a number that he could only assume was Hongjoongs; something that Seonghwa had overlooked when he’d had to make his hasty exit.

He opened up a new message box;

> I haven’t forgotten.
> It might have helped if I didn’t have to wait for my employees to find your number.

Sent.

A minute ticked past.

And another.

Seonghwa groaned, the call to a certain rundown apartment building too irresistible to ignore. “Take me downtown, Lee. I need to do something.” He said, tapping out another message to send to Hongjoong.

> I’m coming.

—————————

It was almost ironic the way that he snubs the neighbourhood Hongjoong lives in considering he, without a shadow of a doubt, has a hand in all the junkies and red light workers.

This time he was making an appearance in a Bentley Bentayga and he was certainly attracting enough attention. In the front, an arrangement of roses sat, carefully wrapped in a bow, and in his hand, Seonghwa twisted a piece of expensive jewellery to and fro; an ear chain made up on black opals. He wasn’t really sure what Hongjoong would like as a gift but Seonghwa would be damned if he showed up with a standard gold and diamond chain, the most ‘basic ’ present ever to exist. Hongjoong deserved more than boring, mass produced trinkets. Sapphires, Opals, Emeralds, all of those were so much more exotic.

Even before his driver could put the damn car in park, a crowd of junkies swarmed looking for a free hand out. Seonghwa scoffed, disgusted, and tucked his gift for Hongjoong into his pocket. “Fire a warning shot, Lee.” He ordered, as his men stepped out to push away the crowd. He didn’t flinch as two shots went off, too used to the sound, but it did the job; his door was opened and he could step out onto the pavement without needing to worry about being hounded. His driver handed him the bouquet.

“Stay with the car, I don’t know how long I’ll be but nobody comes in or out of the building.”

Seonghwa entered the building and made his way up to Hongjoongs apartment, rapping the door lightly.

@seonghwa “Oh do not worry. I will not let anyone me without a , unless they are special, babe,” Hongjoong said daringly and looked at the man in front of him, trying not to imagine how damn hot it would be if Seonghwa would his brains out with simply his tongue. He barely knew this man right in front of him but d a m n he wanted him in his bed. Or on the kitchen. Or somewhere else, he did not care at all. He just wanted him close but Seonghwa did not seem to want him close yet.

Of course he noticed the glance to his but he did not mind it, it was something he was rather proud of. “A gun to my head, mh? Maybe that would be rather hot too,” he said and brushed over Seonghwa’s chest. A gun close to his head would be interesting, maybe it would be hot and he’d die with a hard in his pants but who knew.

The next words surprised him. Woo him. Seonghwa wanted to woo him? He blinked in utter confusion, not sure why he suddenly thought he wanted to woo him. Someone who had stolen from him after all.

“I will steal more from you than just your wallet, handsome man,” he then whispered into Seonghwa’s cheek and grinned at him, wiggling his eyebrows. Maybe he could even steal Seonghwa’s heart, who knew. The other had definitely enough money and it would be easier to survive if he had someone at hand who was willing to pay him properly. A sugar daddy, maybe.

The nickname was a surprise but endearing and the kiss on his skin was something he had not expected any time or ever but it felt so very nice. He knew barely anyone who ever treated him nicely and not just a he was portrayed at. People did not really stick around once he said he was no one to keep or they saw he stole from them, he was easily tossed aside, so it was a surprise Seonghwa was different. Once the door fell into his angles he still stood there, staring at the door. Now that had been an interesting encounter and he somehow wondered if Seonghwa would come back anytime soon.

-

Hongjoong had not called him. He had been tempted to call Seonghwa so many times but he had not dared to. He wanted to see if the other would eventually call him or hit him up, visit him in his four nasty walls even Hongjoong barely stayed in. He often stayed in a hotel room or at the places the people who wanted from him provided and knew his way how to sneak in and out.

“It’s been a week,” Hongjoong said and looked at one of the men who had been following him around for a while. He had noticed the people, someone keeping an eye on him. Cars that appeared around him or people following him and even though they were sneaky, Hongjoong was very observant as he was used to being followed and stalked. “Tell him to not forget to contact me,” he said and looked at a rather young man, not too far away from him before he chuckled and turned around, walking into his apartment building and then into his apartment.

He wanted to just fall into his bed and nap. He had showered earlier at the hotel he had spent the night at, just a young man who had wanted someone to hug and hold. Not even or kisses, just cuddles and it had been awkwardly nice.

@hongjoong [] AIGHT BET

And just like that, what Seonghwa had been pondering needed no further thought. He knew exactly what he wanted to do with Hongjoong.

“Ha! I don’t doubt it”

Seonghwa snickered, hiding his smirk behind his hand. Hongjoong had bite, he had spice, flavour. The complete opposite to his own clean and simple palate. He wanted Hongjoong, all to himself. The very though of another person, man or woman, angered him to his very core; which he hid well under a cheeky smirk, laughing softly.

“But my problem isn’t fear of intimacy or lack of experience ing somebody brains out, I would just prefer not to taste another mans when I you with my tongue. Does that bother you?” Seonghwa asked, dragging his tongue across his lip, his eyes dropping not so subtly to Hongjoongs . “And why? Because I’m guessing that you would react rather differently if I was holding a gun to your head.”

“How else am I supposed to woo you if I didn’t treat you nicely.”

His gut instinct told him that letting Hongjoong into his personal life(ahem, bed) would bring a quality his current living situation lacked. A spark. Somebody that he could come home too and take out his frustrations from work with. Escorts were boring and yes, while Hongjoong fit into the same category, es were a dime a dozen; none of them excited him anymore.

“You’re a beautiful man, Hongjoong, I like beautiful things. Even if they do steal from me.”

Seonghwa brushed his digits across the white gold accessory, cocking his head “As for selling this, it’s yours to do with what you want.” He replied, Seonghwa had little to no doubt in his mind that Hongjoong would sell the first chance he got. The trinket wasn’t offered if he hadn’t already considered the possibility, he wasn’t particularly attached to the stupid thing; it was an unwanted flashy gift from a nobody and if it could do anything to help him, it would be too enchant Hongjoong. “So rather than question why I’m giving you such an expensive gift, perhaps you should say ‘thank you’, kitten.” Before Hongjoong could reply, he glanced down at the watches face, his tender features suddenly frowning. Seonghwa heaved a heavy sigh, clicking his tongue in annoyance.

Damn, he wasn’t able to stick around for much longer.

“I have to leave you now, but before I do— ”

Seonghwa brought Hongjoongs hands within his, bringing them closer so that he could lightly graze his lips across smooth knuckles. This was romantic, right? People liked this kind of treatment? His only experience went as deep as tv shows and film but those were always a man and a woman. Hongjoong was certainly not a woman. He hoped it would have the same effect, that his more innocent intentions shone through with his soft gaze “I look forward to seeing you again.” He smiled, nosing his way down Hongjoongs hand to kiss the fluttering pulse on his wrist, Seonghwa sighing as he breathed in cheap cologne. Standards be damned, Seonghwa was tempted to give in and take Hongjoong then and there for all the neighbours to hear. Reluctantly, however, he had to pull away.

“Remember, if you need anything at all, Kim Hongjoong, I’m one call away.”

Seonghwa brushed past Hongjoong, not sparing the other a second glance as he left the apartment. God this place was disgusting. Seonghwa frowned as he passed by a woman with track marks all over her body, the stink of vomit momentarily covering up the smell of mould and urine that seemed to soak the hallway. If Hongjoong were to accept his offer, he was not going to live here anymore.

“ing foul..” He muttered, taking out his phone and dialling his first contact. He barely waited a full second before his call was answered “Mhm, I am. It didn’t go how I expected but it’s not a bad thing.” Seonghwa said as he left the building. There was a small crowd of homeless crowding his Lexus; his chauffeur, upon seeing him, hopped out of the car to push aside the crowd. “I want you to send somebody to follow Kim Hongjoong from the shadows. I don’t want him knowing unless it’s needed. Mhm, mhm. Good.” The call ended and he signalled his driver to take him back home, weariness already settling in at the show that was waiting for him.

And because he was likely to forget, Seonghwa set up a reminder to ask Hongjoong to dinner if he didn’t hear from him in a weeks time.

@seonghwa [AHAHAHAHAH do it! I mean, Hongjoong would not be surprised]

“Disappointing, huh?” Hongjoong said and lifted an eyebrow, highly amused at the way the other reacted. If he was honest he had expected the other to attack him, hit his face or something, after all he had taken all the other’s money and either spent it or hidden it from the other. It wasn’t the first time he had done it but it was the first time someone had actually gone the length to figure out where he lived and pay him a visit. Well, he couldn’t always be lucky, could he?

But then again looking at the man right in front of him somehow showed him that, in fact, he was lucky. Seonghwa did not seem to want to hurt him and, damn, he was handsome as heck. He his lips and looked up at him, his hands on the other’s body.

“Well, my lips can look even prettier when your name, Seonghwa,” he said and hummed softly, surprised by how the other looked at him. It wasn’t the first time he was looked at with longing or interest, but there was something more in Seonghwa’s eyes, something Hongjoong could not properly distinguish.

An amused laugh left his lips and he shook his head. “You could consider yourself lucky to bed sloppy seconds if they are me,” Hongjoong said amused and leaned back against the door, his eyes on the handsome man in front of him. “And believe me, I’m much more than just ‘any ’. You’d realise that once I can show you. But you don’t seem to have the balls. Or you don’t like ? That could be it too. Maybe you are scared. Has no one touched you? Sad, you know I’m extremely well with . No gag reflex and such.” Though he rarely did that, he kept that for special customers he really liked. He rarely had such people after all.

“What will you do if I leave the city, mh?” He lifted an eyebrow and chuckled amused looking at the other, his confidence maybe a little too much. Though then there was confusion when the other gave him his watch, making Hongjoong look at him with surprise. “Wait, you do know I might just sell it, right? And use the money for whatever I want?” He lifted an eyebrow. Why was the guy giving him his watch? That was a damn expensive watch and Hongjoong could recognise it by just looking at it. It looked big on him, his wrist way too small for it but that was not what really caught Hongjoong off guard. It was the gentle touch of Seonghwa’s fingers on his skin.

Seonghwa touched him like he was worth more than the watch and it was a first ot Hongjoong. Noone ever touched him like this and he could feel a small tug in his chest.

“I do have a phone, yeah,” he said and looked at the business card. “If I need anything?” He looked at Seonghwa, the confidence switched to confusion: “Why?” He had stolen the other’s wallet and everything so why was he offering him this? What was Seonghwa thinking to get from it? Hongjoong could not pay him back and if Seonghwa wanted to make him suffer or work for the gone money, then he could do that now, right? So why?

@hongjoong [] the temptation to write ‘kitten’ in this IS SO REAL OH MY GOD

“How disappointing..”

Not that he was surprised. Hongjoong clearly had no idea who he was speaking too, otherwise said man would be on his knees cowering for forgiveness. Seonghwa rather enjoyed being in the presence of somebody unafraid, unaware really, of the danger they were in, coy defiance glimmering seductively in Hongjoongs gaze.

“Your lips look especially pretty saying my name.” And perfectly kissable too. He was no doubt a popular street walker, he had the looks to be a high class even if his personality didn’t quite match. Perhaps that was a part of his charm; it certainly worked, calm, collected, unwavering Park Seonghwa found himself tempted.

Kim Hongjoong was certainly more beautiful than a lot of es that offered their services to him. He certainly held a particular quality that Seonghwa preferred( quality meaning a and he had no doubt in his mind that Hongjoong had a drool worthy ). It was tempting. Seonghwa mulled the offer over in his head, taking the es chin between his thumb and finger as if scolding him like a child.

“I appreciate the offer,” Seonghwa replied after a long moment, “But I don’t bed just any , much less sloppy seconds.”

But really, what else could a mere e with sticky fingers offer him if not his body and skills? Seonghwa was not entirely opposed to Hongjoongs initial offer but he refused to bed somebody in such a disgusting space. It was beneath him. Would Hongjoong even consider working as a petty thief for him? Letting him go was out of the question, that much Seonghwa was sure of, and it would be a shame to put a bullet between his eyes. Seonghwa clicked his tongue, sighing.

After some deliberation, Seonghwa let go of Hongjoong though he made no indication of stepping away. “Don’t leave the city, Hongjoong, I’ll decide what I want to do with you eventually.” He’d heard that Shin in Busan had picked up a stray, maybe he could do the same.

“Here, a parting gift and.. insurance, that you’ll stay,” Seonghwa said as he slipped his Rolex off and took Hongjoongs hand in his own, slipping the $40,000 watch onto his wrist; it looked tiny with such a big hunk of precious metal but the gold suited his pallor. Seonghwa hummed, the pads of his fingers twisting and turning Hongjoongs hand, rubbing soft flesh with his thumb. Hongjoong suited either delicacy or something more edgy, not heavy opulence.

“And my business card. Call if you need.. Anything.”

Seonghwa paused, looking back at the disgusting apartment.

“You do have a phone right?”

@seonghwa Never had Hongjoong seen anyone else in here in what he called home, at least currently. He had never had a guest in his empty place that was only filled with cheap furniture and some nice clothes he needed for work, a place he never had to clean because there was nothing he got dirty – he never was here anyways – but dust filling the floor. Never had anyone bothered to come into these four walls or even bothered to figure out where he lived – but this strange, handsome man in front of him.

“She never had the possibility to teach,” Hongjoong said, not even slightly surprised that the man – Park Seonghwa, if he remembered correctly from the ID card in the wallet – knew his name. He knew where he lived as well and Hongjoong was sure he knew a lot more about him too. “She died at childbirth. Or that was what they told me.” He shrugged, not even slightly phased by the situation.

The moment he had seen the man in his house, he knew he had gotten himself into quite some trouble. Why else would someone figure out where he lived and what his name was? Clearly not just to get his wallet back. There surely was more – was he here to threaten Hongjoong? To scare him? There was just little to scare in Hongjoong, he was living a life of adventure, always at the brink of death so this was nothing he was scared about – even though he knew he should.

“Oh I do remember you, Seonghwa,” Hongjoong said, no formal tone or anything that showed he was respecting the man in front of him. He was brat, he knew that, and he also knew it would get him into even more trouble but he just couldn’t help it. “How could I forget a handsome stranger who had a lot of money in his wallet, mh?” He hummed and looked up at him, his lips slightly.

Being slowly backed up against his own front door was kind of hot – most likely because the stranger was hot after all. “I have to disappoint you. I usually do not keep the wallet of anyone I steal from,” Hongjoong said and leaned forward a bit, way too close to the men and he then slightly brushed over the suit jacket, letting his hand brush over his chest. “But I am sure I can make it up to you,” he then said and bothered his own bottom lip a bit. “Unless you’d rather just leave and get the formalities for a new ID and bank card and such,” he hummed, his own lips touching Seonghwa’s slightly. “But my bed is quite comfortable. Or the kitchen counter, it’s not as rotten as the rest of this place.”

Was he really just offering his body to a handsome stranger he had stolen from? Maybe. But it wouldn’t be the first time.

@hongjoong For what it was worth, Seonghwa probably should remember by now that thieves didn’t exactly live a life of luxury.

He was good, whoever the red haired vixen may be, using perhaps the oldest trick in the book and actually getting away with it. The problem was, was that Seonghwa was not the kind of man you stole from unless you were looking for trouble. Tracking him down was simple, finding his apartment even more so; a disgusting building in a slum neighbourhood, very befitting of what he discovered to be the residence of many down on their luck. Interestingly, a lot of his own employees lived in this area.

And so now he sat in a dingy armchair that creaked if he so much as moved, water stains on the sealing suggesting this apartment could flood at any given moment, he was disgusted. However Seonghwa could only sit and wait, however (im)patiently he had too, for the front door to click open. Seonghwa did not have to wait long, barely 10 minutes passing by when a familiar click sounded and soft humming drifted towards him.

“Didn’t your mother teach you manners as a child? She’d be appalled if that’s how you treat your guests. Kim Hongjoong, I’m ashamed on her behalf.” Seonghwa replied, clicking his tongue, eyes narrowing, at the befuddled man in front of him.

He stood up, smoothing his suit with flat palms as he considered the sight before him; Kim Hongjoong, back from what was obviously a rather tumultuous affair if the mussed up hair and smudged eyeliner were anything to go by but he didn’t look dishevelled, far from it really. Very few managed to pull off what his younger recruits called the ‘Hot Mess’ look, and Hongjoong was certainly one of them.

“You might not remember me but I remember you. And you have something of mine that I’d like returned.” Seonghwa sighed, the picture and sound of neutrality. There was no need to get violent if the situation didn’t call for it.

Seonghwa stepped closer, crowding the e against his own front door. There was a smug sense of satisfaction at being taller than the thief, perhaps not by much, but certainly enough to cast a shadow over his pretty features. And how pretty they were. It’d be a shame if he had to ruin them but it wasn’t out of the question. He was certainly interested in seeing how Hongjoong reacted; talented thieves, even ones who might have a temper, were always an asset.

“My wallet, if you wouldn’t mind, and maybe an apology too, seeing as you have no issues with taking what’s not yours.”

@seonghwa The air was filled with loud music and Hongjoong was keeping his eyes on the people around him. It was easy to spot the rich one, spot those who would dare to keep a lot of money in their wallet and once he had eventually picked one, he grinned. It was still an early evening but there were many people, people who had just finished work and were moving their bodies through the streets. And Hongjoong already saw his next victim.

Moving fast, he acted like he was rushing to get a tram or something, wearing just the same clothes as everyone else so he would not easily get spotted as an outside, aside from maybe his colourful hair but most people did not really care. He bumped into the man wearing a coat and almost made them fall over. Just in time Hongjoong grabbed him, holding onto him. “I am so sorry, I did not see you,” Hongjoong said and bowed apologetically, a few times. The man in front of him looked handsome, fierce and fancy, a beautiful person, and he could already feel how filled his wallet was. “I am sorry, I have to catch my train,” he said and rushed towards the tram, the wallet of the man in his own pocket and the next moment he was already in the moving wagon of the public transport.

A glance into the wallet he could see how much money he had in it and Hongjoong knew he would definitely eat well today.

-

It was a few days later, the money either spent or tucked away safely, as Hongjoong came back home. He was tired from work and he probably looked exactly like that too. Sometimes he enjoyed being ed but if some had no idea how to do it properly it was just a disappointment and Hongjoong was glad when they were done fast.

Humming slightly he took his pullover off as it had gotten rather cold the last few days and Hongjoong was not here to get sick, especially with his jobs needing him to be entirely fit. Surprised he heard a sound from the living room and tensed. The heck? There was no one supposed in his house so why was there a small sound in the living room? He walked in, turning on the light and then blinking confused.

“Who the are you?”
