Hanami muttered as she remembered the time she tried to cast a spell against the dementor but it never work, it is because of her not pulling up a good memory since their brother left them. She never wanted to remember the time the attack happened, just remembering the face of the dementor, it feared for her life for the first time. She looked down, "I can't do it... even if I could swish my wand every time I cast the spell, it will never work on me." She told them then bows in front of them, "I am sorry, I can't really bring myself up like this..." then apologized to them.

The forbidden forest is dangerous, you dont know what could may be hiding in the shadows. The location is not that bad and the little thrill could help us to practice even better with more determination than ever. Its funny how Andie was so excited to do this, because she has never done somethig like this before, of course at first it can be awkward but its something different to practice magic with other students. She was always the type of a loner so doing something like this was defnitely new to her and so with confident steps she entered the area surrounded by high trees and the cold wind as it blows within her hair, leaving a trace of her perfume behind. As soon as she arrived she spotted three people standing in the middle, straight ground and a round space; a perfect place to pull out some magic. Winnie was the one who Andie recognized immediately when she got closer to them, a bright smile appearing on her face as she looked at every one of them. "Very well! Im glad to finally meet all of you, have you encounter some animal as you were going in here? I hope not, I dont want anyone to interrupt us"

At first, Hanami doesn't want to get involved but the the purpose of their group seems to be intruiging so she joined the club. She jad to leave her familiar in her room because Nami needs a rest for hanging inside her robes all day. She got an owl from their vice president to go to the forest, she did go to the forest and saw them already in there. She asked them, "Umm, why are we here? Is there any things to do here?" she looked at them as she is still confused about why they are here.

But more specifically, what series of decisions in his life lead him to willingly trek into the forbidden forest with a bunch of other Hogwarts students that he hardly knew. Study group be damned, this might be among the worst decisions he's made in his adulthood. While he'd been lost in his inner monologue, he hadnt noticed that he made it to the clearing they'd set to meet. Looking around he wondered if he was the first to arrive, until he spotted winifred with her back to him a couple feet away

@－ ❛ ɢ ❜：hanami inazuma。⁰³@－ ❛ s ❜：braeden laclaire。⁰⁴@－ ❛ s ❜：andie evigan。⁰⁴ winifred couldn’t stop the full-body shiver that shot through her as she trekked inside the forbidden forest. she never imagined voluntarily coming here outside of class, but then again, she never imagined she’d be a cofounder of the unofficial ‘litty titty committy’ either. after the recent dementor attack, perfecting the patronus charm was a necessity and hopefully, she’d be able to do it with help from her fellow members. since she was the first to arrive, she waited by a large tree and tried her best to not freak out by all the creepy sounds echoing around her.
Watching Cole take the pictures was fascinating. He was not sure if Cole ever realised but the way he held himself while taking pictures was so very different than whenever he was normally walking or just expressing himself. It was some kind of artwork himself and Henri quietly watched his friend, just enjoying the view as he looked at Cole and the creatures. It was a calm picture, so very beautiful to see and it filled his chest with some kind of happiness he was never really able to describe. It surely was a form of love and affection but he could not properly describe it. He wanted to hold it in his heart for a very long time. He wanted to hold Cole in his heart and keep his best friend safe and sound.
The other’s words surprised Henri and took him out of his thoughts, making him blink in confusion. “Oh? Do you think I would look nice with them?” Henri asked a little confused. He knew he was always a little loud and excited around animals and he did not want to scare those beautiful bests just metres away from them. He knew he often seemed headless – and he probably was – but that did not mean he wanted to be inconsiderate on purpose. “I’ll try to be gentle then,” he nodded to his friend.
The snow on his coat did make him look less out of place and with careful movements he slowly got a little closer. He showed them a calm expression, barely moving fast enough to be noticed – he did not want to ruin the picture. He held out his hand, careful and gentle. Maybe he could be a little calmer right now as he had already let out most of his energy with rolling down some hills earlier, getting snow everywhere, even inside his socks and underwear, so that probably got him lucky. He smiled warmly when one of the beast’s sniffed on his cold fingers and then it, letting a tiny chuckle erupt from Henri’s lips. "Prickly," he said quietly but highly amused.
@－ ❛ ʜ ❜：henri knight。⁰⁴ henri’s warm hand did not disturb him, he was too used to it. maybe he took affection for granted, he did not really receive it a lot in the past. it was not his way of expressing himself, more often than not, physical affection made him a little uncomfortable. with henri it was alright, perhaps all those times the older insisted to hold his hand have helped. not to mention, henri was one of the few people who was not afraid to show him simple gestures of affection. cole might complain as much as he likes, but he cannot deny that henri’s presence was often comforting.
the landscape was really beautiful – but it was a little too peaceful for his liking. still, he could appreciate the unity of nature, the balance of the snow and the smoothness of the surface. the animals that were camping there were equally cute, a little like henri. he took his camera and snapped a few pictures of them without his flash. he did not want to startle the animals. as much as he did not seem like the type to enjoy soft things, he actually adored animals and beasts. perhaps, there was a side of him that belonged with hufflepuff – he erased that thought as soon as it came. yellow would make him look sickly, not to mention, the bubbliness of most hufflepuffs would drive him to cold-blooded murder. green it is.
“do you want to get closer? I can take pictures of you with them, if you want. just be gentle,” he felt like he had to add it, only because henri had the tendency to get overly excited. sometimes to a fault. he saw pigeons run in fear at an incoming henri – yes, run, cole actually saw them run. he picked up some snow, and put it on henri’s coat. the snow made him fit in with the rest of the image better, just another snowy tree in the forest. one of the beasts looked at them, but did not react. the creatures at the edge of the forest were often kind, and used to students peeking around, so they allowed them to get close. some of them had names, but hagrid was the only one who remembered them.
@－ ❛ ɢ ❜：larissa vaughan。⁰⁴ After a short walk the woman has managed to return to one of her favorite spots on the entire campus, even granted that the forest isn’t an official component of Hogwarts. The cliff (which takes an arduous hike, though Eleanora has settled on the usage of disapparition) is shaded by a number of trees, but her favorite part of the area is the view; it overlooks the majority of the Black Lake, and shows the Hogwarts Castle peeking through the foliage. It’s the perfect place to read. She’s already thirteen pages into the novel when she notices the appearance of another witch on the cliff, but she doesn’t dare say anything; perhaps, if she is lucky, the culprit will only stay to admire the landscape before leaving Eleanora in her peaceful lonesome once more. Unluckily for her, this stranger seems to have no plans of leaving so soon.
@－ ❛ s ❜：eleanora hwang。⁰³ Larissa picks up her speed, zooming on her broom across the fields, feeling the wind on her face. She steers close to the forbidden forest watching the still leaves and small animals hopping around. If Emi was here, she would've gone off chasing something already. Peeling her eyes away from scenery, a student dashes too close just as she focused back. "Merde!" She screeches as she pulls her broom away from him, but her broom rolls them both down on the ground like a dead pig stuck on a campfire grill instead. It could only take a glance for an accident to happen, her bisavó would always say and good thing nothing like that happened. Down on the ground Larissa opens one of her eyes then both and stares at the ombre sky, the orange melting to some hue of blue as she thinks back of home. "Ah, pretty." She whispers to herself all lost in a train of thoughts until her broom rolls by her side. Tilting her head to check its state, she sees a figure a few meters away. "Who could this be?" A little chat won't hurt her time for practice, she tells herself as she's up on her feet and tiptoes to the mysterious person.
The weather is perfect today, thankfully, for an adventure—an adventure to Eleanora, however, involves sitting on the cliff near the edge of the Forbidden Forest with a book (maybe even two). She can disappear for hours, but usually a text will be enough to pull her back to the castle. Today she has forgone her dress robes in exchange for muggle clothing, some comfortable jeans and a top. As she walks, two books pressed against her chest, she observes the sky; the sun is setting soon, casting varying shades of orange stains against the empyrean firmament. Gazing upwards, she catches sight of someone flying around on a broom, and she furrows her eyebrows. She had never liked flying.
@－ ❛ s ❜：eleanora hwang。⁰³ It's a wonderful weather after classes in Hogwarts, perfect to take a broom for a spin. Larissa grips her broomstick in her palm tightly dragging it across the grassy fields; she has been repeatedly telling herself to catch up with some flying practice for quidditch after weeks of trying to keep up for her difficult classes especially with the most boring history lessons. She takes a glance around the plain outskirts of the forbidden forest; some students just around the corners coming in and out of the woods and hanging around by the area. "Ah, vamos fazer isso!" Mounting on her broom, her hands rub against each other as she waits in anticipation for the students to clear the way or stay put and prays no disaster would stir up this time. Again.

It lit up everything around them for a moment before it left them into an even deeper darkness. That was not exactly what he had been looking forward but hopefully someone saw that. He felt Hanami's hand tighten around his own more than he heard the twig snap, pulling her closer. "Are you okay?" he aked, turning his wand into the flashlight with a whispering of lumos.

Winter didnt expect herself to fall in this awkward time with this senior of hers that somehow she would look up for, by the chance with her mind blank out without spoken a word but only to continue staring at the latter with the height difference and the atmosphere. internally scolding herself as they walked slowly deeper down the forest.
right, winter didnt thought of anything other than ace-ing her exam and score well in her result but she didnt yet think anything else further. "well i didnt thought of anything other than studying and requesting this tutor from the best senior, i mean one of the senior everyone suggesting." she shuttered with a little awkward chuckles which make her somehow shrugged her shoulder, showing him her little smile.
"ah right, before we continue this and as you mentioned about the struggle and what i am good at, i am apparently in need someone like you to help me with some creature, well that if you dont mind me," she break the ice first with the excitement when she can sense a creature nearby them.
"ill tell you everything after we feed this creature and i bought some snack for us," winter bright smiles shown as she gave a little pats on his elbow back after being nudged and she sprinted in front of him with her wand on ready.

winter lifted hanami by her arms around hers as she slowly make sure the latter get up carefully before taking out something in her charm bag, a huge leave that able to protect from anymore injuries as winter gently placed where the injured hip at. "just butterbeer will do, not really fan of chocolate frogs of all those sweet but lets continue while letting that leave to help you recover," winter smiles as she waves her wand to chant all the protection magic around them to prevent anymore of the sneaky and sudden attack.

She told him before they start walking to the path where they all thought it would be the way out of the forest. Then Hanami heard a twig snap from behind which made her spine arched, she gripped tightly onto the older male as they keep walking down the path.

It was getting dark and it sent shivers through Henri's body, frowning. "Me too," he mumbled, pulling Hanami a little closer to make sure she was safe and sound while walking. "I can send some light into the air but I dont know if anyone will see it," he mumbled and frowned. At least his pet was at home, curled up on his bed, so he did not have to worry about her. "We just need to be careful not to wander deeper into the forest."

She never set foot into a thick forest like this one, not even the Aokigahara from her homeland. It really gave her chills whenever she's going back to this place. Then she remembers her familiar, Nami might go hungry if she take too long away from her. "H-Henri senpai... I'm getting goosebumps in this place..." Hanami told him as she looks around the dull and thick trees covering the sun.

All he wanted is getting out of here real quick as it seemed to get darker instead of lighter or maybe it was just the sun disappearing. This time around it started to get dark early and as soon as the sun just as much as slowly went down the forest turned dark. "I am free so they are probably not looking for me," he mumbled and reached for her hand. "Hold onto me so we do not lose each other." Because if they did they would definitely be ed and he was not up for that.

Adrenaline really helped them get away from the wild creature, however it take them to the dark part of the forest. Hanami starts to panic a bit, "What do we do now? Our prefects must have been looking for us! I have a divination class to attend to within an hour." She told him before she scratched her head. "やばい... this is bad... this is really bad!" Hanami starts to bites her thumb while nervously looking for a way for them to get out of the forest.

He took a few deep breaths as he was looking at the Hippogriff, eating the last few strawberries. "From... from ear to ear?" Horrified Henri looked at Hanami and shook his head eagerly. "I... why would anyone have such a legend?" He shook himself and looked at the Hippogriff and then back at her. "I... oof." He looked around, not sure what to say. He was pretty speechless but at least Hanami had saved them from certain broken bones. "I have no idea where we are," he admitted, looking around. The forest was pretty tight down here, trees next to trees and he knew the sun would go down some time soon. "What did you say?" he asked confused when he heard her speak japanese.
@－ ❛ ʀ ❜：eleazar azorra-shin。⁰² It was indeed a shame that others would find them to be something to fear. One should only be fearful of a Thestral if they gave the creature something to fear of. Thestrals, they could be quite gentle, according to books, unless they felt threatened. If only Lian could see them with his own eyes, see the beauty that their skeletal figures were...then he could produce his own statement regarding them. Of course, he wouldn't be able to draw them out. He was a terrible artist. "Why are you apologizing? It would be your being killed and not found. Not mine. But you need to be mindful of it from now on. Did anyone know that you were out here at all?" With the other's continuing on about not knowing a prefect would be out in the woods, it just answered his question. "I'll take that as a no. And stop calling me senior. I have a proper name you know." He acted as though he introduced himself or even asked the other for his name.
“Well, I am unable to agree nor disagree with you regarding a matter such as that. Obviously, I have yet to experience something as tragic as death, nor do I quite wish to. Also, one will probably have a greater understanding of death and be able to truly question it when it involves someone they care about. I know that some have witnessed or were even the cause of such things, yet, they do not understand just what dying means still. In a way, you have to be mentally sound to be able to comprehend it.” Liandro wondered, would a psychopath understand death enough to see a Thestral? Or a sociopath? Ones that have gone as far as murdering others for their own pleasure? Surely, they found peoples lives so feeble to the point that they wouldn't understand what it was. With hearing something moving through the woods, Lian ushered the other to move faster. "Come on, no more talking and let's get out before it gets dark." With it nearing winter, the sun was setting at a faster rate than usual.
adrenaline coursed through his body as he ran as fast as he could to escape the acromantulaㅡassuming it was crawling after him. although he didn't dare to turn his head to stare potential death straight in the eye...or eyes. it was just his luck that on his first day at hogwarts and on his first venture out into the forest he encountered possibly one of the most deadliest creatures, one that had an appetite for human flesh. couldn't it have been a unicorn or something? the odds were simply not in his favor. he was focused on getting away when, in the distance, he saw a dark figure standing there, facing himㅡscreaming its head off. oh god. was it a banshee? wait. it couldn't be. otherwise, he would've probably already fallen to his death upon hearing its shrieks.
he heard low thumps on the ground behind him, which meant that the spider was, indeed, following him. if he took a detour away from the...screaming thing, he'd run into the possibility of the acromantula catching up. if he ran straight into the thingㅡwell. he didn't know what would happen. but as he grew closer, he held out his wand, the light illuminating the dark figure enough for him to make out the yellow and black emblem stitching on the latter's robes. "what theㅡ" a question of disbelief uttered from him as he squinted, scanning her face. a hufflepuff? following him? silas didn't have time to mull over the chances that a hufflepuff would trail after him, especially this late at night. when he caught up to her, he yelled 'RUN' and yanked her arm, hauling her seemingly lifeless body along with him. "lumos duo!" the glow at the tip of his wand brightened, lighting a few feet ahead of them just as they approached a ditch. silas leaped when they came to, safely making it over the shallow gulley.

That Hippogroff reminds me of Kuchisake-onna." Hanami is a fan of urban legends in their country, since her family are wizards and witches, they believed that urban legends are true too. "In my country... to get away from certain death after not answering yes or no to a woman whose mouth is slit from ear to ear, they had to throw candies or berries to keep her from following you and kill you with a bloody scissor." Then she points the direction where the Hippogriff is, "That Hippogriff gave me a feeling of certain death when we ran away-- ぴくりしゅた..." She leaned against the tree before looking around, they must have been running through the deeper part of the forest. "Now we have to get out of the forest too."
@－ ❛ ɢ ❜：winter llewelyn。⁰³ ( SH ) Once the other casts a severing charm on the vines, it quickly let go of her roommate and falls to the ground. Hanami groans and slowly gets up from the ground, caressing her hip as it is the first part that got bumped against the ground. "Y-Yeah, i might got a bruise on my hips tomorrow but it's fine." She smiled at the other and takes her wand gently from her, "Thank you, Winter. I owe you some chocolate frogs and butterbeer." Hanami chuckles before looking around. "We should continue searching."
@－ ❛ s ❜：liandro kang。⁰⁴ "You could say that. It's a little saddening though, hearing how most who do see them immediately perceive them to be horrendous due to their visual appearance. If I may, it's honestly so much easier to understand and forge a mutual connection with a Thestral as compared to other supposedly friendlier-looking creatures like Nifflers, Bowtruckles and Pixies." The blonde mused almost wistfully, turning around to spare another glance at the general direction where the Thestrals ran off to. "I duly apologise for that, senior. I didn't expect to come across anyone here, much less a Prefect at that. As mentioned, my business here is now done, so I will return without any resistance. It's nearly time for me to start on my spellcasting practice, anyway." He continued, his earlier naturally serene tone returning. He began by turning to retrace his steps rather easily, seeing as this wasn't his first time being out in the Forest.
"Death truly isn't something easy to fathom, much less acept. It's baffling really; we all know how the cycle of life and death works, but none of us can ever fully accept the transition when it actually happens. No matter how wise you are, you'll still find yourself asking "why?" at least once." He couldn't help voicing his thoughts to break the silence that was beginning to envelop them as he walked, knowing that the elder was in tow with him. "What are your thoughts, senior? Feel free to disagree, I won't take offense." Just then, he thought he heard an all-too-familiar mechanical rumble in the distance followed by the familiar-yet-distinct sound of hooves. It wasn't Thestrals again; these hooves sounded more heavier, almost gruff. Maybe a Hippogriff or the Centaurs? Eh, if it's headed in their direction they'll know soon enough.
@－ ❛ ɢ ❜：hanami inazuma。⁰³ Henri had not even known that Hanami knew he had brought them strawberries as a treat for after the studying session but when she called for him to hand them over, he immediately did. He fumbled with his bag and somehow managed to get them out, handing them over to Hanami. He had almost let them fall but she caught them and he was so very thankful. The Hippogriff was still running after them and Henri’s lungs were burning just like his feet. He needed to stop and take a break because, holy , air was non-existent in his body at this point.
And then it stopped.
Upon seeing the strawberries the creature stopped right away, turning halfway and then going to eat the sweet strawberries, all happy and satisfied. What the actual . Henri just stared at what was happening, confusion on his face but he finally leans against a tree, sinking onto the ground. “Oh holy ,” he mumbled, out of breath and exhausted. He definitely now had been done with running for the next few years. “I thought we were going to die,” he mumbled and shook his head a bit. “I bet we were faster than some people on broomstick, for sure.” He chuckled and looked at Hanami, brushing his hair out of his face. “How did you know he would like the strawberries?”

A question with so few words but such a big meaning danced in his mind as they were both caught in a memory that showed the same day but was still just as different. Looking at her now, the same sting that he had felt back then hit him right into his heart. The pain was just as vivid as back then, clinging to his body like a cage he would never be able to break free from. Alethi was his first and only love to this day. That day back in the Irish landscape, back in front of her house, it had struck him so hard that new love had never managed to enter his heart. His connection to her was too strong to ever be replaced by anyone else. Only in recent months had he started to slowly let go of the girl who had stolen his heart but even then, a part of him was still with her and none of his flings had ever given him this deep emotional connection. And now that she stood in front of him, was back in his reach, he knew that letting go a second time would only be harder, impossible even, he already hadn’t succeeded the first time.
An idiot? That was all that she had to say? Her words entangled his throat, tightening it and taking his air to breathe. Did it really mean nothing to her? Was she saying that he had just imagined it, had been too dumb to understand the situation? He gulped but rarely managed to fight the lump that stretched out to his skin. It felt as if the ground he stood on was ripped from his feet, slipping off the earth into non-existence. Maybe dissolving into nothingness would have been better, at least the pain wouldn’t have eaten him up then.
What had felt like eternity, seemed to be only a few seconds as Alethi added onto her words. His ability to breathe was still drained, speaking even more so impossible as she just stood there, praying that she had an explanation. It wouldn’t be able to delete the pain from those years but maybe, just maybe it could lighten up their current situation. “Then how was it?” The words pressed past the lump in his throat, firing out of his lips before they had even reached his mind.
Hearing the name of the guy who had ripped them apart was as if poison spread throughout his body, etching away his insides, eating him up. A distant cousins? To him, that wasn’t an excuse. There were enough wizards in the world who had married distant cousins just for their bloodline to stay pure. Even then, her distant cousin could have been her replacement for him. His legs trembled as she stepped forward, her presence being all too clear once more. He could have wrapped his warms around her again if he himself stepped forward. But he didn’t. He stood there as the mess that he was, listening to the words that left him with uncertainty. Alex had always believed, had always trusted her but the sting in his heart remained even after she had declared that no love had ever been between her and her cousin.
His lips stayed sealed after her explanation, her voice resonating in his ears. The sound of the morning bell ripped them out of the moment, just when the chaos in his head had started to make some sort of sense, turning into sentences that he couldn’t say anymore. It felt wrong to go back to it now that their attention had faded to the bell knowing that they had to return for class.
“We really should.” He agreed. Tension radiated between them and even if he didn’t care about missing class, he knew that it was a good excuse to escape this tension. They needed time. Who knew where the future would lead them now. It was a mere nod as he felt unable to form more words. His thoughts were still a mess. His eyes were glued to her back as she walked in front of him while he still stood there. It was a view that he knew all too well, one that pulled him back into the past. Warmth spread throughout his body as he remembered each time she had turned around to look at him and smile, that beautiful expression her lips would always produce. He wished that she would turn around right now, would flash him the same smile that he had fallen for. It didn’t happen. However, even in this chaos, Alex knew one thing—he wanted to see that smile again and he wanted her to smile because of him.
With quick steps, Alex caught up with her so that he could walk next to her. Weston chased after them and then ran ahead back to the castle. “Alethi.” They had walked in silence for a while before her name rolled from his lips. His hand reached out and without giving it a second thought he took Alethi’s hand into his holding onto it while walking just like they had done it a million times that last summer of being together. “I’m glad that we met again.” Once they reached the building, the two parted, each heading to their own class. The pain that Alex had felt all this time still existed but something else was added to it. Hope. The hope that they would heal.
@－ ❛ ʜ ❜：henri knight。⁰⁴ Hanami thought it is good to have a practice just at the shallow part of the forbidden forest with her fellow Gryffindor named Henri, but it is just a thought... Now they are both running away from the hippogriff who is angry of them yet they didn't do anything or they didn't cast a charm on it. The Hippogriff roars at them and the two starts running and hiding from it, they can't go back to Hogwarts or they might get deducted because of a Hippogriff wrecking havoc throigh the premises because of them. They got a good spot to hide, Hanami drags Henri behind the tree and put her finger to his lips as she told him not to make any noise before she slowly gets a stone and throws it to an opposite direction, the Hippogriff follows the sound and the two starts running away.
Unfortunately for Henri, he tripped and fell. Hanami gasped and quickly helps him up before seeing the Hippogriff finally found them, "Run... RUN!" She shouted and pushed Henri to run before her as the Hipogriff starts to lock on its eyes on them. Hanami then starts running and went to where Henri is running as the Hippogriff starts roaring again. "くそう!" She gets her wand out of frustration before running beside Henri. "Give me your strawberries, now!" She told Henri before passing her the some pieces of sweet strawberries then throws it to the Hippogriff and eventually stops to eat the berries. They finally got away but they seemed to be in an unknown part of the forest, Hanami pants and leans against the tree, "I've never ran so fast in my life-- I feel like running is faster than riding a broomstick!" She told him.
@－ ❛ ɢ ❜：hanami inazuma。⁰³ with her gentle voice saying lumos to bright up winter's wand by the sky turning dark as she look around properly without any spot until she heard the scream from hanami which startled her, grabbing hanami's wand to make sure it wont go missing as winter shouted "diffindo," against the vines that tighten around her feet until it got tore and winter ran to let hanami fall onto her on the ground. " are you okay? is it badly hurt?" winter look around the latter's ankles before she look up at her face to see if th event happened to scare her
