@HONG DIMITRI What was wrong with this guy? Was he playing games with Helia? The hybrid was not flirting with him, and even if he was, this wouldn’t be an appropriate time. “You’re the one making it weird.” He snapped back, huffing as he crossed his arms over his chest while following the male.

Not only was he insinuating weird stuff, but he also had the audacity to tell Helia not to /stray/ away. If it were anyone other than the necromancer, Helia would’ve called it quits by now, but for some reason he REALLY wanted Dimitri to agree to train him. The hybrid didn’t think anyone else would be good for the job, especially since Dimitri seemed more reluctant to based on his own reasons and it had nothing to do with Helia, or so the young warlock thought.

It was weird and very out of character for the hybrid, but he’ll put up with it for now.

He followed the necromancer, peeking from behind him to watch as the portal appeared. A neat trick that Helia definitely hadn’t mastered yet, and probably not going to. It definitely came in handy, but he had his sights set on much bigger tricks, ones that could potential land him in trouble if anyone were to find out he’d be using them to terrorize warlocks.

The council of warlocks definitely wouldn’t take kindly to someone like Helia conspiring against them.

The hybrid stepped through the portal like he did when they entered the black market, not surprised by the scene change as he rushed forward to keep up with the elder, the chains on his top clinking gently as they collided with his skin when the he took a few more steps to get by the elder. “I know you don’t like questions but, aren’t you going to ask me why I want to be your apprentice?” He questioned, turning to face the necromancer as he walked backwards instead, keeping a pace so he wouldn’t collide with him.

@NOYA HELIA Start over?

What the hell was he on about now?

"Can you not make it sound like we were in love with each other?" He rolled his eyes, but Helia could not see. "It's weird." The lids of his eyes closed, stopping in his steps. A sigh of forced emotion flowed past his lips. Unbelievable. He was absolutely dumbfounded by this entire situation. Through almost two hundred years of his life, after everything, /this/ is happening right now.

Was Dimitri really going to go about this is a good way? Would he accept this boy as his apprentice? His mind immediately flashed back to earlier, how the younger resembled his old apprentice so well. It made him scowl. He knew. He knew that he could not reject him. There would be no point. This would just happen again. Dimitri sighed once again, turning his head just enough for the other to see half off his face. "Fine. Come follow me and..." His face turned forward. "...don't try to stray away again. Thanks."

The necromancer began walking towards another alley way that split in between the black market, stopping by the nearest half of the a wall. Dimitri repeated his actions from before, swipping the palm of his hand over the rigged brick; the same symbol appearing before the portal did. The necromancer stepped through.

"It's gonna be a walk, just warning you now." He said as he waited a moment for the other to walk through as well before continuing forward.

@HONG DIMITRI Dimitri wasn’t wrong about the group just being into the cycle of warlocks just getting poisoned with the amount of power they could have, they’ve been seen it with their own two eyes. It’s impossible not to, not when it was all around them and whether they liked it or not, it was buried somewhere deep in their beings too.

When the necromancers eyes met his, Helia decided not to argue back. It was better that way, he’d already costed the other way too much problems already and he was still /letting/ him tag along to wherever they were going, so for now he kept his peace and followed along. He was willing to take the blame, after all those kids did appear because of him and he /chose/ to lead them away and all that did was land him in even more trouble, and even though he could’ve done it himself it was impressive seeing Dimitri work.

He wasn’t half bad.

Helia snorted to himself, coming to a halt as they approached a booth. From the looks of it, Dimitri was going to trade the dead warlocks body for money. The hybrid wasn’t surprised, he was sure weirder things went down in the black market, things he definitely didn’t have information on. He noticed how the necromancer and the lady at the booth interacted, like old friends, he didn’t peg the elder for the kind of person to have friends at all. And maybe he would deny the fact at how he acted with his buyer, but Helia could see it.

The little fox’s head tilted to the side as the lady shifted her attention onto him, staring right back at her with his greyish/blue eyes as she continued her conversation with Dimitri.

He eyed the lady one final time before he shifted his attention to the elder as their shoulders brushed, his brows furrowing in confusion as he turned to follow the elder.

“.”

He mumbled under his breath, not caring if the elder could hear him or not. It wasn’t like he was lying, the necromancer has been /kind/ of a to the hybrid, but Helia could definitely handle it. After all, he was the one that invaded the others space first.

He was rather impressed to glimpse this side of the necromancer, he wanted to know more. How come someone like Dimitri could still hold such warm, polite conversations? He sighed, taking deliberate steps to catch up to the elder so they were walking side by side now.

“Hey. Can we start over?”

@NOYA HELIA Dimitri’s irritated rose further with the sudden barrage of questions. He hated being interrogated. “This is not the place to show me that you’re hot .” He simply said as he his heels to continue walking to his destination. “I only killed one because /one/ was all that I needed. They’re just stupid kids. up by all of this power.” They were. Many creatures grew up around other power hungry creatures and that was all that they knew growing up. Bullies is what they were and Dimitri had no time to deal with lowlives like that.

“We’re only here for money. Nothing else. So please—“ Dimitri turned his head to stare directly into the younger’s eyes, glowing and glaring. “Try not to start anymore .” Before turning back around to move on to why he was here for. Truly, Dimitri didn’t exactly enjoy being like this towards the younger but he wasn’t sure on how to act different. At least; not in this moment. The necromancer understood the young magic user. He wanted to show him that he was worthy of being the necromancers apprentice. But Dimitri was still fighting within himself if he even /wanted/ another apprentice. Eventually they had reached a booth that looked much different from the others around them. Mysticals were always such an extra group of creatures; always wanting to stand out.

“Here.” Dimitri dropped the body on an empty space on the table in front of them. The person that stood in the booth was not someone you’d exactly expect to be running something like this. A body trade store. They were traded dead bodies so they could work on them for magic related experiments and in return, you get money for fulfilling their request. The person in front of them was a woman. African American. She was absolutely stunning. Orange and red afro, like an active burning flame with sharp amber eyes. The woman smiled widely, showing rows of sharp teeth.

“Dimitri!” She exclaimed, nearly yanking the male over the table to hug him. Dimitri pulled away afterwards with a chuckle.

“Hey Shiva, been awhile.” Shiva was a friend of his. After coming back from the Old World and getting into this black market business, Shiva has been his partner in crime. Though, she soon became a business owner herself; and Dimitri was always her best and most welcome customer.

"Who’s that?” She asked, her demeanor rather nice considering the image she was currently holding. Dimitri shook his head, counting the money in his hands.

“I’ll talk about it later. Gotta go.”

“Damn, so soon? It’s been months!” She was clearly sad, pouting.

Dimitri chuckled. “I know. I promise to visit again sometime. I got some other to do.” Dimitri turned his head slightly behind him to glance at the other before returning back to Shiva. “Something unexpected came up.”

After parting ways with the woman [without a hug of course], he stuffed the money in his jacket pocket. “Come on.” He passed the younger with a slight shoulder brush. It wasn’t on purpose but he still didn’t apologize about it.

@HONG DIMITRI The hybrids anger suddenly faltered as his opponents seemed to be distracted by someone’s arrival. Turning his head slightly to catch Dimitri out of his peripheral view, ‘what the hell is he doing?’ he thought to himself. Dammit. He definitely could’ve dealt with them on his own, why was Dimitri doing the fighting and /not/ him.

He watched the scene unfold quietly, as if what was happening wasn’t registering in his mind. He simply couldn’t wrap his head around it, but the longer he stared at the necromancer, the more the anger was seeping back into his veins. Seriously, the necromancer really acted without thinking at times. Wasn’t he supposed to be defending himself to show that he was a worthy apprentice? He wasn’t sure anymore.

But did he really want to be mad at Dimitri? He really hated being called a child, even if the other meant it with no ill intent behind it. Still, children are nuisances, so wouldn’t that make Helia one if he was being labeled as one. And Dimitri didn’t seem that interested in what Helia was saying, then he’d just /have/ to prove it. Maybe he’s going off on a limb here, but action could be the only way to get Dimitri to actually pay attention.

He managed to calm himself down, all the anger and fight leaving his body as he his heels, heading straight for the necromancer. He remained calm, his face managing to not twist up in disgust as he eyed the dead warlock on Dimitri’s shoulder.

“Why’d you let them go? You could’ve taken them all. Why just this one?” He was curious to know why the necromancer let the others go, he could’ve gotten rid of all them, that would be even better for Helia; a few less warlocks to deal with. “Soon enough, I’ll be able to do as much damage as you can.” And he definitely meant it, he was going to be on equal footing with Dimitri and definitely work his way up to the warlocks who held titles.

@NOYA HELIA Before Dimitri knew it, he found himself searching for the other male. The necromancer was clearly frustrated. "I should of never taken my eyes off of him..." Dimitri muttered under his breath, earning a 'tsk' after his words. Why was he caring this much anyways? He just met the damn kid and he was already searching for him like a mother lost their child. Gods, everyone smelled like absolute . How was he supposed to-- Oh. There was the smell.

Dimitri immediately traced the scent, eventually finding the male cornered. Dimitri's eyes narrowed at the four men, clearly surrounding themselves around his future apprentice [gods, what was he saying?].

"Who the is that?" One of them boasted, rather loudly.

There was a winter blue haired one next to the loud one, him turning around to stare at Dimitri. Then they all had their attention on him. Great.

"I'd appreciate it if you'd move--"

The blue haired one spat at him, feeling the lug of saliva hit his right shoe. The necromancers patience was cracked already. Dimitri's head lowered, staring down at the wet blob on his shoe. Laughter soon filling the air by the other men.

" off yeah? We got this here--"

Dimitri's head snapped up, his glasses sliding down his nose just enough to show the glowing aquamarine color of his eyes. Dimitri locked eyes with the winter blue haired male. The males body frozen completely; as if something was holding him. The next second, his body collapsed on the floor like a sack of bricks; soon starting to convulse and choke.

"Oh I'm sorry," Dimitri said with a slate of sarcasm in his words, "It's almost as if I stare at someone--" He pushed his glasses closer up to his face. "--they become possessed. Well-- If they like you." Who were they? The many of souls he's collected over the years. Taken under his wing, he likes to say. Dimitri never treated the ones with him like scum; even if he was the one to kill them, they could never come around to hate the man.

Dimitri motioned his head to the male having a seizure on the wet asphalt. "You should take care of that; he's dying." His eyes then met the pink haired male that was /supposed/ to be by his side. "Come on. Didn't think I'd have to watch you like a child." Then, the necromancer had gotten a brilliant idea.

"Actually-- you all are warlocks, right?" Looking back down to the now deceased male on the ground. Dimitri's lips curled in a twisted smile. "I'll take him then."

"LIKE HELL YOU WILL--" One of them yelled, another stretching out his arm to hold him back.

"YO?! DID YOU SEE WHAT HE JUST DID TO HAN?! HE DIDN'T EVEN /TOUCH/ HIM; AND YOU WANT TO ING GROW SOME NUTS NOW?! THAT!"

Smart.

"You're intelligent." Dimitri's eyes flickered to the rambunctious one, raising an eyebrow. "You should listen to him." He then began to near the men. They were hesitant at first, but soon dispersed from the area with their tails tucked behind their legs. Dimitri bent down, hoisting up the deceased body.

"Let's go."

@HONG DIMITRI A snort fell from Helia’s lips at the males response to him. Of course, someone like him would deflect by saying something like that. He rolled his eyes, following behind the necromancer, eyes flitting from one side to the other as they walked.

The black market. He’s heard of the place, but he’s never actually seen it in person. Plus, it’s not a place where someone like him belongs, so he’d never really put himself in that situation. But he couldn’t just tell Dimitri that, Helia was just starting to think of ways to call the other out. For someone who really looked like he wanted to say no to Helia being his apprentice, he sure was already acting like he said yes.

It was a little amusing, and Helia is definitely going to use it against him.

The deeper he followed the necromancer into the market, the more uneasy he felt, his nerves were definitely all over the place. Dammit, whoever was following him better have a pretty damn good excuse for interrupting his time with Dimitri. He eyed the male in front of him, seemingly not paying attention to Helia at all, so he used the moment to slip away; ducking in between market stalls in hopes of finding a dark corner.

“Not so fast little fox.”

Helia came to a halt as the person appeared in front of him, and still sensing the other person behind him, he stood still. Of course it was more than one of them, at this point he should anticipate that there could be more of them, at this point he doesn’t know what he’s dealing with just yet. An annoyed sigh left his lips, why’d they always choose the worst times to interrupt his days. He really hated their kind.

He sensed the blow, dodging it before the warlocks kick connected. “Don’t ignore us, ing brat.” Helia’s brows furrowed at that, shoving his hands in his pockets, dodging the other blow just as quickly. “Seriously, do you have a death wish? Why aren’t you fighting back!” He really was getting frustrated with all the yelling, he just didn’t think they were worth a response. In truth, he was focused on keeping these two distracted while using his connection to the darkness, reaching out to the lurking creatures and they’re always more than happy to tell him how many more warlocks were with these two.

‘Hmm, four.’ A little smirk curled against his lips, now that he thought about it, the black market was really the perfect place for a fight. So many nook and cranny’s filled with creatures in the shadows, ready to devour and consume the flesh of the living. Hearing their whispers, he could they would be ready to consume his targets, all he had to do was give them permission. And judging by his attackers strategy, they didn’t know what his powers were and probably just wanted to challenge him, thinking they could probably go back and brag about beating him up. Should he really waste his time on them then?

“This is really stupid.” He narrowed his eyes at them, cursing softly in his mind as he wondered if Dimitri probably thought he chickened out. “ing hell, you’re all annoying.” Hid aura immediately started to change, waves of black smoke coming off him the more he thought about being considered a chicken nectars these idiots decided to get in his way. Maybe he should burn them to ashes instead of just feeding them to the darkness.

@NOYA HELIA Dimitri dragged his hand across a few of the bricks of the wet alley wall. A glyph-like symbol burning into the earth. Dropping his arm; Dimitri was sure he was going to regret his choice in letting this one follow him. The symbol flashed; fading out as a long rectangle like mirror began to materialize. "I don’t know you.” Dimitri said simply as he walked through the portal. Dimitri didn’t really /care/ about the other males objective or what the male /wanted/. At least, not at this moment.

Of course he naturally waited for the other to step through as well but once they did; he kept walking. "Don't know if you've ever heard about this place but this is the black market. Well-- the one that only non-humans like us go to." Dimitri motioned his right hand around him, wanting the other boy to look around him. "Take a good look, but don't look anyone in the eye." He said as his own eyes were staring ahead, hidden behind his obnoxious red sun glasses. The necromancers mind was definitely running faster than normal. He was basically having his own existential crisis; but he was keeping it together.

Though seemingly "fine"; Dimitri was in his own head. After all of this time. Just when he thought he was beginning to get over that entire situation, he meets someone like this now? 'You're going to follow me through the rest of my life; aren't you?' Dimitri thought, a frown lowering his lips. Not exactly paying too much attention to the small male that was trailing behind him. Well, that he /thought/ was trailing him.
NOYA HELIA 3 years ago
@HONG DIMITRI Helia watched the necromancer from where he was dangling, taking in the change of his aura and his actions. Now, that was interesting. It didn’t phase him when Dimitri said no, what did manage to capture his attention is the way, the necromancer was looking at /him./

It was brief, but it was there and Helia saw it. He was no Sherlock Holmes, but intuitively he could tell there was something there. He couldn’t quite put his finger on it, but he was almost certain it concerned his apprentice request. The inner turmoil Dimitri suddenly seemed to face, was actually pretty obvious to the little fox. And it was confirmed once the male changed his mind, but Helia decided not to say anything about that, not yet anyway.

He winced inwardly at the impact and Helia was really starting to think Dimitri enjoyed throwing him around like a rag doll. Not that Helia minded, but it was just really ing unnecessary.

He glowered at the males back, his fingers curling into fists as he raised to his feet. He didn’t need /anyone’s/ protection, he could take care of himself when he needed to, but he was sure it wasn’t going to be against Dimitri, not now anyways. Helia may not like it, but the other hadn’t specifically said yes to his request, and there’s a chance he might go back to saying no so he’ll definitely take this opportunity to go with the necromancer; wherever he was headed. However, he can’t just not talk about the others behavior towards him so far, his tone just really reminded him of those other warlocks.

The ones who would taunt him, call him names, telling him how weak and pathetic he was. He really didn’t fit their standard of strong, which is why he was going to make his own. And he was going to succeed.

“Oi, just because I didn’t fight you, doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing.” He narrowed his eyes at the back of Dimitri’s head, “so far, you’re the one who doesn’t know what my abilities are. You haven’t accepted me as your apprentice yet, so don’t make assumptions as if you did.” Maybe Helia shouldn’t be talking like this, but really who was going to speak out for him if he didn’t do it himself.

He let a breath out before he looked away, “it really makes my blood boil when people look down on me. I’d appreciate it if you didn’t speak to me as if you were.” And if Dimitri chose to retract his invitation, Helia would take a step back but only for now, he’d definitely keep working to achieve his goal.

Unfortunately, that did include Dimitri at some point. “I know what I want and I’m really determined to get it.”
HONG DIMITRI [A] 3 years ago
@NOYA HELIA Dimitri scoffed at the sudden reveal. Was this boy off his rocker? Does he understand how many other mysticals come up to him and ask for the same thing? Besides, he would never bring it to himself to train another. Though it's been many of years, it all still hurts the same.

"Apprentice?" He repeated, venom lacing between every letter of his words. Dimitri hadn't immediately noticed the hostility his aura suddenly bore. He shook his head with a sigh, bringing his hand up to push his glasses back up on the bridge of his nose. "No."  no. HELL NO. The necromancer thought heavily. There was no way in Hades that he was ever going to take another under his wing. It doesn't matter how much potential they had or have; Dimitri didn't care.

Even though his words were rejecting, his heart yearned for him to do it. Why? For what? He's been followed by this random fox kid and it wants him to accept? out of here. 'But his smell...' Dimitri's body froze up for a second. Why did he just think about that? Right... his smell was so delightful. Just like his old apprentice. Dimitri cursed loudly in his mind; glaring at the dangling male in front of him.

Dimitri's face suddenly dropped. This couldn't of been happening now. Why was he seeing... Why was he beginning to see /him/. They both had such delicate but sharp features; like a feline. It was a bit ironic since Helia was a fox but the more Dimitri stared, the more it was beginning to be uncanny. Was this a way of the gods punishing the necromancer? Did they want him to through the same cycle of pain? But...

"Release him." Dimitri commanded. The hands lowered the boys body just enough to drop him, the thud echoing through out the alleyway. As soon as he was dropped, the hands buried themselves back in the asphalt, the cracks smoothing out to look as if nothing ever happened. Dimitri turned, his back now facing the other.

"You can come with me--" The necromancer turned, a scowl on his lips. "But I am /not/ watching you like a child. If you get kidnapped; it isn't my ing problem. Understood?"
NOYA HELIA 3 years ago
@HONG DIMITRI It didn’t make sense to him. Why would it be just a single pin, especially one that wasn’t doing anything to him physically. ‘Unless—‘ before he could finish the thought, he was already being grabbed, only managing to brace himself for the impact, eyes squeezing shut as as pained wheeze left his lungs. Momentarily caught off his guard, he scowled at himself for falling for such a cheap parlor distraction trick and now he was being held by these corpse arms.

Seriously, nothing pissed him off more than moments like these. Moments where he felt like he was being looked down upon, even though that might not be the case. This could’ve been because the other male simply didn’t know what he was dealing with and used this specific trick to test the waters, or he simply thought Helia wasn’t a worthy opponent to attack directly. He could probably turn into his fox form again, shrinking enough to get away from the hands, but the other might have a plan for that too. So much for being two steps ahead. Besides, even though he wasn’t impressed by the trick, it was safe to say he was still intrigued and he still wanted to know more.

So far, he’s pretty much ignored what the other was saying. Too caught up in his own head to really respond, but now that he’s come to a conclusion with himself, he shouldn’t wast anymore time.

“It’s insulting.” It probably shouldn’t have been the first thing he said, but he couldn’t deny that he felt a little insulted. His previously blueish/grey shut eyes opened, locking right onto Dimitri’s blue ones as a fake laugh tumbled from his lips. “First you use a parlor trick on me and then you basically call me stupid.” His tone was flat, no signs of emotions could be detected. “I can’t tell if it’s because you have no idea what you’re working with or if it’s because you’re looking down on me.” He couldn’t help but voice his thoughts, it was better to find out upfront instead of putting it on the back burner.

It was kind of amusing, Dimitri had noticed him after all. Helia had always thought the blank look in the other males eyes was interesting, but he sounds think they’d notice him of all people. And now he was strung up, basically at the mans mercy and yet he was giving him a choice. “I’m not here to make a deal. And I’m not here to be your test subject either.” As if he’d sell his soul, if he was going to die then it would be the way he chose, not because a soul hungry creature came knocking at his door.

“Instead I’d like to be your apprentice, and then your equal.” A smirk tugged at the corner of Helia’s lips, his eyes narrowing at the necromancer.
HONG DIMITRI [A] 3 years ago
@NOYA HELIA Dimitri stopped his movement, turning his head just enough to watch things unfold in his peripheral.

Hands shot up through the asphalt; decomposed hands clasping onto the other males arms and shoulders as they dragged his body down with one fell swoop. The boys body hit the ground quite hard, hearing the wind being knocked out of his body. Another pair of hands following as they also grabbed his feet, dragging him up into the air. It was interesting to watch the smallers body being dangled like a rack of raw meat.

"Why have you decided to invade my privacy?" Dimitri said in a stern tone as he neared the captured boy. Standing about five feet apart, Dimitri tipped his head down to stare pass his glasses; examining the other with his sharp blue eyes.

Dimitri's eyes furrowed in frustration. Why didn't this boy stink? Yes he was aware that they weren't human but; this smell was almost... sweet? As if he'd just buried his nose into a pile of honey le. For some reason, this alone wavered his want to scare this one away. Wait a second. The necromancers eyes narrowed.

"You've been following me for awhile... haven't you?" Dimitri threw his head back for a quick laugh. "I remember your face. I've seen you around a few times; always wondering if you were ever going to come up to me like you had some sense but..." Taking two steps forward, Dimitri bent forward; their faces now only a few inches apart. "...clearly you don't." Honestly, what was it? It was always some creature associated with an animal for Dimitri to come across. Like they were under a spell to always ended up meeting him.

"Look, I'd really hate for you to be my freebie for work. So please, tell me why you're following me." Raising a hand, Dimitri had taken the males chin in between his index finger and thumb; turning his head to take in his features. Damn, he'd cost a heafty fortune down in the black market. This little one was lucky. "Is there something that you want? Because if that's the case then you must want to end your life prematurely." Wanting something from necromancers was a golden ticket to Hades' realm. The number one rule within mystics realm was to never do deals with: necromancers, voodoo users, hoodoo users, and Grim reapers. You would automatically owe them something back and that "something" was usually your life.

The more he stared at the young male, the stronger that scent was getting. What kind of creature was this? It made the necromancer perplexed.

@HONG DIMITRI Helia didn’t think this was creepy at all. Following someone you hadn’t formally met, isn’t creepy at all, was what he kept repeating to himself. He’d managed to catch up to Dimitri, and the other didn’t seem to notice at all. Or, it could be what he wants Helia to think. He wasn’t sure, but it was something he’d have to assume. Always having to be able to think two steps ahead of everyone in his life.

This definitely wasn’t how he planned for his night to be going. And yet, he kept going anyway. He didn’t think twice about turning into the alley behind Dimitri, in fact he was pretty glad he did. Having the ability to manipulate all things associated with darkness, this could be good on his part. But still, to Helia the other seemed a little too calm for his liking. Almost he didn’t care if he was being followed at all in Helias opinion. However, it could be possible he already had a plan and is just waiting for the perfect time to execute it.

Being in his head and focused on what Dimitri /was/ going to do that he completely missed what Dimitri /did/ do. He noticed it too late, before he could do anything, the pain was already all over his paw. He sat back on his back paws before erupting in a puff of black smoke, turning back into his regular form; crouched in the puddle.

“That’s unfortunate.” He mumbles, staring down at his palm with the pin stuck inside. “oi, is this supposed to paralyze me or something?” He speaks loud enough for the other to hear him, they were alone after all. If you didn’t count the many things lurking in the dark, finding any little corner lacking a little too much little, to settle in.

‘Damn...’ He thinks, staring down at his palm with a little frown. ‘That really did hurt more than a paper cut. But I’m curious to see what happens.’ He finished his thought and sighed, plucking the pin out of his palm in one movement, bringing it up to his face to inspect it.

@NOYA HELIA Another one of those days. Dimitri didn’t exactly *need* the money; but who wouldn’t back down on cashing in a few thousand? The black market was basically like a second home to the man; doing business with warlocks and other mystics a like. Believe it or not, a good number of certain forms of magic required a lot of bodies; wether they were alive or dead. Ever since Dimitri’s life in the Old World, the care of human life that completely rid itself from Dimitri’s way of life. Dimitri wasn’t human anyways; so why care that much? Humans were just as disgusting as that was smeared on a side walk for people to step in and every creature knew it.

Dimitri had taken a short stop. A red, blaring light shinning in front of him; indicating for the people on each side of the sidewalk to continue no further. Unless they were suicidal. Being around this many humans at once had always put Dimitri in a sour mood. Humans always had this smell that made his nostrils curl in disgust. It was what he smelt every day; day in and day out. Dimitri blew a light huff of air, blowing the strand of his, almost neon, red hair away from his line of sight. The males sharp blue eyes stared off ahead of him; the red light turning green. With hands stuffed in the pockets of his leopard print blazer, Dimitri walked on amongst the large group of humans.

The necromancer could immediately feel the pair of eyes stare down the back of his head. You could say he had a pair in the back of his head himself; nearly always aware of his surroundings at all times. The unwanted attention made his eyebrows furrow in frustration. Dimitri had much more important things planned than being tailed by an unknown soul. You would think that once someone figured out they were being watched/followed, that person would immediately pick up their pace; right? Dimitri's pace was the same, dare to assume more steady than before.

Dimitri walked up a few blocks as the walk to the market was sort of a long one. He then turned a corner and into an alleyway. The alley way was empty. Good. As he kept walking, Dimitri slipped something from his pocket; discretely dropping it on the damp asphalt below his feet. It was an ordinary, flat bottomed, silver pin. Before dropping it, Dimitri deliberately pricked his finger on the sharp tip. He knew, such a simple, stupid trick that no one would ever step on it. Well, lucky for this person, Dimitri was smart. Thankfully he could catch on to quite swiftly; noticing the puddles below reflecting the neon lights from the other side of the alley way. So really the pin was invisible to any eye unless someone was *unbelievably* focused.

@HONG DIMITRI He wandered aimlessly through the crowd, seeking any form of distraction to avoid the inevitable doom. That he had to go home and get through two nights of homework. He shouldn’t have put that last one off for so long and now he had to deal with the consequences. Still, he wouldn’t mind skipping a few hours of sleep to get it done. At least then he’d be doing something other than drinking cup ramen and hacking into games.

A quiet sigh fell from his lips as he stopped walking at the cross walk, lifting his head up to check the sign. The red hand shining at him from across the street barely registered as he caught sight of the person walking by. ‘Dimitri.’ His mind supplied, not very surprised he remembered the others name. After all, Dimitri was someone who intrigued Helia a lot more than he would allow himself to admit, from the moment he saw him. He wasn’t sure what other was like personally, but from he saw from a distance was enough to let Helia know, he was someone worth knowing.

“Maybe homework can wait just a little longer.”

As soon as the light changed, he wasted no time. Helia was no longer a slender guy, dressed in a long sleeved crop topped hoodie and high waisted cargo pants, with boots to go along. Instead in his place, was a fox with silky black fur with shimmers of white dusted in between, and a patch on his tail. He chased the other into the direction he headed for, hoping that he didn’t miss him. He wasn’t sure what his plan was going to be once he caught up, but that was alright, he didn’t exactly plan for his Saturday night to go like this either.
