@「 ᴀʀᴇs 」magnus wolfe there never seemed to be anything as welcoming to the goddess as the beach was. the sand was warm beneath her feet, almost acting as new and warm, fluffy slippers that kept her feet completely warm. the sun does the same to her countenance, rays dancing amongst already tanned skin as the breeze twirls within the ends of her light strands. there was a reason her love for both the beach and ares went hand in hand— it was two things she adored, and she could thoroughly enjoy simultaneously. it’s also important to note how much better it was for the two to spend their time together away from the complex and here, where no one else would suspect. if they were to ever find out they were coming here, how heartbroken the goddess would become. this. this was the one thing she could keep between them, the one thing that they had upon this cruel, cruel world.

taking a seat within the sand, the tips of manicured fingers shift to adjust the skirt that layers above the sand with her head tilting upwards. as aphrodite looks amongst the sky, she curses her father. why must she be kept apart from her beloved? why did he have to be so cruel? she wasn’t sure where her father was, but if she were to ever find him, she would ensure to convince him to allow her happiness. but she ponders, arms chugging her knees to her chest whilst awaiting her lover, if he would wish to be happy with her full time if allowed. the goddess never necessarily gave much thought to how he spent his time, for she has always had an issue with jealous just as much vanity. it would be hypocritical to be angry with him for spending his nights with someone different than her, but the thought upheld the ability to anger her. what she was certain, was that she would leave each and every persons that touched her bed for eternity if it meant a life with ares.

exhaling a sigh, slender digits nudge through her strands to urge them behind her shoulders, tips of her fingers dancing over her thighs as she awaits his arrival.
