hi everyone. you have probably already noticed from my activity in this rp but i'm going to be semi-abandoning this rp. i will reply to those i have threads with but i won't be maintaining this rp. a lot of stuff is going on ooc (school is being an ) so i have been limiting my use of rpr. i'm very sorry for creating such hype for this rp and not promising it at all, i knew this rp would come to this so i'm glad i got to spend some time with it as i could. i hope, if you plan on staying, you could get the most out of it.

finally! they're here!

clubs are now open for both olympus university and colosseum university! if you would like to find the clubs for your university please head to your "club directory" in your university section. clinking on the title for the club you can learn a little about the club.

here are some questions you may ask.

ー 1 ) what can head members do?
head members run the club. they can do the following: create events, run monthly events, take donations for events, and put each member into a "position". if a head member would like a treasurer or event planner for their club, they will let the admin know and the members or prospecting members can apply. each head member and any other "staff" they wish to employ will be put into a group chat with either aphrodite (olympus admin) or psyche (colosseum admin). this will be a place for the admins to remind the members for monthly charges or to get event approval. each head member will ask one of the admins for approval for an event and the admin will give an estimate of how much the event will cost. each member must pay for a certain part of the event. the head member will give a list of their members and the admins will deduct points from the members to make a total for the event. this must be done every month for the monthly activities and for any additional events.

ー 2 ) how do i become a head member of a club?
to become a head member, you have to apply as you usually would to be a member. the admins will then pm you and ask you what your idea for a monthly activity will be. if you have the best monthly activity out of other applicants, or you are the only applicant in a 48 hour period, you will be accepted as the head member.

ー 3 ) why do we not have any "vice presidents"?
since the head member is the the one who will be conducting a lot of the events, we have decided that it will be up to the head member to decide what other "staff" they would like. if you, as a head member, have an idea who you want to be your vice president (ie. aphrodite applies to be head of the art club and wants eros to be his vice member) then please add it into your application.

ー 4 ) how many clubs can i be in?
you can be in as many clubs as you like (only restrictions would be with sororities: you can only be in one sorority or fraternity).

ー 5 ) how do i make a club of my own?
for now, we will restrict those who want to make their own clubs. each university can have a maximum of 9 clubs. if a club is being unused, then the admins will take it away and open up applications for new clubs. more information will be opened about this in a week, if a certain club has no applicants.

hello! we will be doing updates and announcements in this room!

that is not all i wanna say, but the dorms have now been opened in olympus and colosseum! you can fit up to 3 people in a dorm. please make sure all of them are in the same university if you want to buddy up with some friends!

in the next few days we will be having "invitation day" which is a day for all the clubs and teams to show off their goods and for you to join and check it out! a reminder that if you are planning on joining a sorority/fraternity (olympus students only) you should not get a dorm.
