I actually have anxiety about phone calls and as well but I'll figure it out.. don't know how but maybe I'll ask someone to help me with it

At least through counselling they can rule out some diagnosis and if necessary maybe do the x ray or what ever they need, bloodwork could be last

I've never heard of any other ways but I should ask about that..

Can you do like counselling through a phone call or video call maybe?

If your phobia is just needles maybe there's other way to get diagnosis but you even afraid of the establishment so it must have been really hard for you

I haven't shared this with anyone but.. this last month I had considered something I haven't in a long time and it kind of has been making things worse
