@✧ reece nishiya「ʀᴇᴀᴘ.ʀ」ᵈᵒˣ "Good, good" The bassist replies excitedly as he sets his own cup down by Reece's before going to pick up his guitar and strumming shortly through each of the chords to make sure they were still tuned compared to five minutes ago befor he left for the drinks. He could tell Reece was a little jittery about it, even id the other was good at not showcasing it too much. Whether it was from excitement or nerves only the other would know. "You wanna do the intro yourself or should I?" For the live stage they'd likely have the introduction playing in the backtrack, but for now they were still figuring out the last details and the recoding hadn't been finalized so rehearsals were all dependant on live music. Not that that was a bother for two musicians who'd always been used to playing everything live. His initial question was soon answered though as he noticed the other getting comfortable in his seat. "Alright, give us the timing then" Tomo gives out smoothly, as he reaches into his jeans pocket for one the picks he usually kept around before gesturing back towards the other to show he was ready "Let's go"

@✧ moon eunhwi「ᴛᴏᴍᴏ」ᵈᵒˣ with just a week or so to spare before the big hits fest, there was no denying that reece was fairly excited to put on a good show. but a part of him, and one that he'd refuse to accept was the lingering sense of worry that came from having to actually sing on stage. no hiding away behind any sort of instrument whatsoever, but actually be front and center stage just singing his heart out. it wasn't as if this were the first time which would explain why he was feeling some sort of way about it, but he was partially nervous about perfecting a craft he wasn't so used to utilising more often than most. and so here he sat with the bassist, the slightest semblance of an uncharacteristic sheepish simper plastered across his visage. "as ready as i'll ever be, i guess? he added, clearing his throat and almost feeling the need for some lozenges or anything of the sort to ensure his voice wouldn't give up on him halfway through, but all the drummer simply needed was to trust the process. "yeah, all good over here." with a quick thumbs up, he settles for taking a sip from his cup of coffee as well before taking a hold of his drumsticks, prepared to at least touch up on what was left of the song still.

It's been a while since I've heard it" Tomo's smile is bright as he pushes the studio open with his shoulder, kicking it back shut with his foot as he carries one plastic cup in each hand, both respectively identified with their drinks of choice. They'd taken over the studio for the evening, aiming to prepare for the approaching event for which they'd planned a duo performance. Once he'd gotten his guitar connected and ready, he'd left Reece to prepare his own equipment for their session, while he went off to get them both coffee and returned to the other still setting up the last few parts of his drums. They wouldn't be using them until much later as initially, they intended to focus on the vocals as the main part of the song. "Assuming you're familiar with the song and melody already?" Tomo questioned, setting the drummer's drink down on a safe surface near him and bringing his own up to his lips for a long sip.
